We love this coffeemaker. It looks great and has all the variable functions you could want; more so than a lot of the more expense coffeemakers on the market. Would be nice if the sound of the beep, when coffee is ready, was louder or at least adjustable.

This coffee maker makes great coffee! To make it easier to access water container without removing it my husband put a sheet of a paper towel under it. It slides easily now over the granite counter. I love how the coffee is very hot although you can control the temperature. I have no complaints what so ever.

I have had 2 Hamilton Beach Flex Brew makers. I bought them for the features including brew temp. I disliked the K-cup feature but will not elaborate on it here. The biggest CON about the old machine was the lid eventually warped from steam. So I bought this, the Professional Version. PROS: Perfect brewing temp. Timer for heating element, has extended range up to 3 hours. Swing out basket instead of flip up. Has not warped yet. Multiple brew strengths. Lift out water vessel (I love this) Comes with coffee scoop. CONS: I have not found a single thing that I could say anything negative about. This coffee maker is a great choice, brews a perfect cup of joe at the perfect temp.

This coffee maker was an excellent choice. I had bought a Ninja coffee maker less than 6 months ago and the carafe already started leaking. I like the options and settings much better on this unit. Very user friendly and having the coffee spoon on the top is a nice touch.

Nice coffee maker, has a lot of settings and functions. This is my first time using the cone shaped filters so that took some getting used to, and you loose a lot of liquid in the brewing process, like if I put water in up to the 8, it’ll brew about to the 6 line. And it’s super strong coffee so you don’t need as much as other coffee makers. Overall I’m happy with my purchase though!

I love the look of the coffee maker and was very happy with it, while it worked. After about a month the coffee wasn't staying warm. It was very inconsistent, one day it would be hot and the next day, barely warm. I had to return it.

I really loved the features on this coffee maker. I rated it low because after the first pot of coffee, the hot plate stopped working. I returned it.

I loved this coffee maker! For about a week. Then it started showing the weird Fill H2O reservoir error even the reservoir was full of water. Then it started to make judgments on my caffeine intake and only making 2cups of coffee when I had it set up to make 10 cups of coffee. At this point it makes coffee when it feels like it. Somedays I get 10 cups, some days I get 3 cups, and then other days I get no cups! It randomly shuts itself off. I have emailed Hamilton Beach, I mean I’ve only had the unit a month, they actually say expect a reply 4-6 business days later. I’m returning this coffee maker for sure. The new Cuisinart will be delivered tomorrow! It’s a shame too because I’ve been a long time customer of Hamilton Beach!

The first one didn't work at all. It would have an error code about needing to fill the reservoir with water. We had already filled it. We tried multiple troubleshooting steps w/o success. Hamilton Beech sent us a new one. It worked for three days and experienced the same problem. Requesting a refund.

Buyer Beware. This coffee make made great cups however, within a few weeks of usage the carafe was broken which rendered this coffee maker useless. When contacting Hamilton Beach to purchase another carafe it was learned that there is no replacement carafe available and the only solution is to put my name on a list to be notified if one becomes available. This product has become noting more than an expensive paperweight. You would think that with all the coffee makers that Hamilton Beach have their names on that there would be at least one that interchangeable, not so. Very Disappointed.
