The remote on this is EXTREMELY finnicky. I have it mounted to the wall about a foot away from the unit and it would work only half of the time or less. I would have to push the buttons multiple times for anything to happen. Even with me simply holding the remote in front of me the connection was very spotty. I tried multiple remotes and even tried another unit and still had the same issue. The bidet itself was pretty good but I would highly suggest going with the model that has the attached remote.

The BB1000 is a time-proven bidet and delivers enough water pressure to get the job done, by contrast with some other brands I've owned. I have had three of them. One developed a ground fault after 4 years and so would not operate on a GFI circuit, presumably due to water penetration into the circuit board area. I have not tried the BB2000, a newer version, but also more expensive. Not sure if it delivers the same water pressure as the 1000.

This is my second bidet from this company. I upgraded to this one. The hot water only stays on for 28 seconds, then it’s ice cold. If you are unable to shower due to surgery or hospice this hardly gives you enough too soap up and rinse off before the hot water is off. The cheaper model I had before stayed on for two minutes. Really disappointed! If you live in a cold climate the water is like ice. Why should the hot water go off in 28 seconds?

Purchased a BB-1000 as a replacement for an aging Toto Jasmine. Works great, and much quieter. Better air filter. Plumbing fittings plastic vs steel, but seem sturdy. I like that it was shipped with a braided hose for the bidet, but the line for the tank was not braided. Had to buy a braided one at Home Depot.

I have a Biobidet slim one for 2 years now and it’s amazing with many functions not available in other competitors of this price range. Its reliable than others because i bought a Brondell bidet which only lasted a year. Its a no brainer I replaced that for the biobidet brand.

It isn’t what a difference a day makes it’s what a difference a Bidet makes. i’ve had Toto for days in my home and complain to the company of the low water pressure and they informed me that that’s the best water pressure I’ll get from this company‘s product. I just install my new bio bidet and what a difference the water pressure is great and the quality is so much superior I highly recommend this product.

This Bidet supreme BB-1000 is the best one so far that I have had. If you live in cold regions it is great to sit on a pre-warmed seat and have warm water there right away without having to wait for it to get to the toilet. Just make sure your remote is right next to the toilet otherwise you will have issues getting it to work. I found that it worked best when it was placed on the same side that the manual controller was on.

I purchased the slim three bidet with remote prior to a rotator cuff repair surgery and I am so glad I made this purchase. I have heard from a few friends and some doctors that this is a must have and after using it at the past month I totally agree. This product is amazing. I don’t know why I waited so long but I Tell all my family and friends. This is a must you need to get it? It is a life changer.

I have seen many of bidet in Europe, but they've been the older models. This model has so much more to offer! A warm seat to sit on feels luxurious. Extra features such as move and feminine wash, in addition to posterior wash, all with warm water provide a fresh and clean feeling. I am not one to toodle around in any and all things related to plumbing, and was nervous about that but the reviews and well written instructions made it all turned out great. This purchase was a significant investment, and worth every penny.
