I purchased this for my daughter for an upcoming back surgery. The bidet has been great for her, since she has to be very careful with any movements , until she heals.She loves it and was very pleased she could keep up with hygiene during her recovery. I would highly recommend a bidet for any family. Once you have one, you cannot imagine not having one. They save money with not having to purchase as much toilet paper as well.

This model has the 'vortex' feature my wife won't live without. It is our third and we love them. They are in each bathroom of our house and the first one lasted over 12 years. I was going to send it in for repairs and the customer service representative told me they had a life expectancy of 5-7 years. With some care they should last much longer than that.

We've been washlet evangelists for 20 years, long before it became the en vogue thing to do. Recently, we needed to replace a Toto washlet in our main bath after a 22-year run. We already had a BioBidet 2000 in our guest bath and love it, but even when we purchased it ~5 years ago, we strongly considered the BB1000 because of its higher water pressure. But we bought the 2000 because it was the newest model, thinking the 1000 would probably be phased out...not so!! Well, this time we actually went with the BB1000 and it *exceeds every expectation.* The water pressure of the BB1000 is even better than the BB2000, and the pulse, vortex (enema) and drying functions work even better than the 2000, in our opinion. Plus the sprayer position is adjustable!!! Not on the 2000!! And the lid is beautiful and stylish!! Amazing in every way!! And by coincidence, it has the wall mounted remote the same size as the old Toto, and the bracket *even fit the same existing screw holes from the old Toto remote!!* That was a huge thing, since our walls there are ceramic tile! "Bottom" line: you gotta have THIS washlet!! It is a total game-changer and the price, esp when on sale, is less than half the price of the closest Toto, and the quality of the features is better. I started a few years ago with the entry level Slim 2 BioBidet and I have now moved up to an improved model, The BioBidet BB-1000. I wanted the extra features of this newer model and I am so glad I bought this to replace the Slim 2. I will never live without a BioBidet in my house anymore!

This bidet toilet seat is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It functions very well and has multiple comfort features in it's design. We have reduced the amount of toilet tissue use by at least a third. This helps our septic system to function better.

After returning from a trip to Japan where bidets are standard, we knew we had to have one in our master bath. I had researched several brands and models, and this one had all of the important features as well as a super easy to understand and use remote. Anyone can sit down and operate it, even if they've never used a bidet before. Installation was simple and went smoothly with all of the hardware and adapters included. We've been using it daily for several months now and haven't had a single issue. The overall quality of it is great and seems as though it will be lasting for quite a while. If you're on the fence about installing a bidet, don't hesitate!

I've had a Toto bidet for several years which good enough. This time when I moved I decided to try BioBidet. I love the Turbo wash feature as it really cleans me out. The posterior wash is also more powerful as compared to Toto and ensures that I am squeaky clean. One downside compared to Toto is that it doesn't have personalization settings. This means if my spouse prefers cooler water or less pressure we have to keep changing settings. Still overall I think that the better washing capabilities beat this minor annoyance.

I think this is the fifth Bio-Bidet we have bought and always loved them. I am sorry to say that, for the first time, I am disappointed. Everything seems to be fine except for the remote control. It isn't. All our previous one worked with the remote mounted on the cabinet to the left of the toilet.This one will not. One must remove the remote from the mounting and hold it to the right, very close to the toilet tank. Not even at a comfortable position in front. It's sometimes even difficult to find the right spot. I would not recommend this model to anyone now.

My wife and I love this unit, but we are on our second seat replacement, and they don't hold up very well, I'm 235 and you would think it would last, I am considering other major brands ,because these seat are not cheap and quality is not the #1 choice for this unit!

I purchased this for my 83 mother hoping it would be easy to use. It is average in simplicity. The buttons are strange and do not always work with a simple press even though you feel them click. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. The pressure is so high its painful on full (5), we ended up reducing to setting 2 of 5. Would rather had unit with less pressure and endless warm water. The seat design being 2 piece with a seam in the center is difficult to clean with waste on it. A seamless design would have definitely been preferred. The jet is too centered and a wider spray seems like it would have been best especially since the jet does not oscillate right left, just fore / aft. The seat lid hinges seem very noisy, floppy and like they are loose, just feels low quality. Other than all this above, it does work but you end up adjusting your buttocks right left to get a good cleaning. Had I known all this I would have opted for a higher quality unit.
