I purchased this for my daughter for an upcoming back surgery. The bidet has been great for her, since she has to be very careful with any movements , until she heals.She loves it and was very pleased she could keep up with hygiene during her recovery. I would highly recommend a bidet for any family. Once you have one, you cannot imagine not having one. They save money with not having to purchase as much toilet paper as well.

This model has the 'vortex' feature my wife won't live without. It is our third and we love them. They are in each bathroom of our house and the first one lasted over 12 years. I was going to send it in for repairs and the customer service representative told me they had a life expectancy of 5-7 years. With some care they should last much longer than that.

We've been washlet evangelists for 20 years, long before it became the en vogue thing to do. Recently, we needed to replace a Toto washlet in our main bath after a 22-year run. We already had a BioBidet 2000 in our guest bath and love it, but even when we purchased it ~5 years ago, we strongly considered the BB1000 because of its higher water pressure. But we bought the 2000 because it was the newest model, thinking the 1000 would probably be phased out...not so!! Well, this time we actually went with the BB1000 and it *exceeds every expectation.* The water pressure of the BB1000 is even better than the BB2000, and the pulse, vortex (enema) and drying functions work even better than the 2000, in our opinion. Plus the sprayer position is adjustable!!! Not on the 2000!! And the lid is beautiful and stylish!! Amazing in every way!! And by coincidence, it has the wall mounted remote the same size as the old Toto, and the bracket *even fit the same existing screw holes from the old Toto remote!!* That was a huge thing, since our walls there are ceramic tile! "Bottom" line: you gotta have THIS washlet!! It is a total game-changer and the price, esp when on sale, is less than half the price of the closest Toto, and the quality of the features is better. I started a few years ago with the entry level Slim 2 BioBidet and I have now moved up to an improved model, The BioBidet BB-1000. I wanted the extra features of this newer model and I am so glad I bought this to replace the Slim 2. I will never live without a BioBidet in my house anymore!

This bidet toilet seat is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It functions very well and has multiple comfort features in it's design. We have reduced the amount of toilet tissue use by at least a third. This helps our septic system to function better.

This is a must have for post-surgery. Don’t rely on strangers or loved ones to clean you up! Warm seat, warm water, and more functions than you will need. Cuts toilet paper use too!

I bought mine in May 2016, and it worked fine until 3 days ago when the water stopped heating and the remote ceased to work. I think I will now buy another.

The bidet is excellent and works as it should. One small complaint is that this new model lacks the light inside the bowl which I found very useful in the old model. Other than that it’s a great appliance.

I think this is the fifth Bio-Bidet we have bought and always loved them. I am sorry to say that, for the first time, I am disappointed. Everything seems to be fine except for the remote control. It isn't. All our previous one worked with the remote mounted on the cabinet to the left of the toilet.This one will not. One must remove the remote from the mounting and hold it to the right, very close to the toilet tank. Not even at a comfortable position in front. It's sometimes even difficult to find the right spot. I would not recommend this model to anyone now.

When pressing the wall remote, it takes an incredible amount of pressure to get the button to beep and connect. Personally, I think something is wrong with the technology for it to be that difficult.
