This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-2400 Wireless Color Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I found the setup overly cumbersome. It would also have been nice if the install flyer included a description of the front panel buttons. I also skipped registration and tried to go back later to register the product and found it impossible. One the printer was installed it worked great. It prints fast and the quality was good. I liked the small footprint. I’m looking forward to not having to buy print cartridges. Filling the ink was simple.

I had an epson 2800 (which does use a different ink bottle) and a piece of copper came out of it, but my son had knocked it down and it stopped feeding paper. I went ahead and got this model out of urgency, it does just fine! It's even using HP paper without being finicky. Every now and then i get a little sludgey smear of ink. I print once a week because my 2800 got clogged on blue and running the cleaning commands use a lot of printer life, especially power clean. Scanner works well snd the epson app is really helpful

Ordered ET-2400 Nov 20, 2022. Delivered Nov 21, 2022. Worked well and often until Sept 2023 when the cyan gradually stopped printing. I tied many nozzle cleanings and other fixes in vain. I am still using the original bottle of cyan ink which came with the printer. Next time I will follow the reviews and go elsewhere. Not quite one year, still under warranty, but from other reviews, good luck getting help.

Good ink value. i cant tell you how many pages i got to print with just the first bottles. however now the printer wont connect to my new network nor my new computer so ive been unable to use it for over a year. Ive tried everything to get it to work searched google and youtube to get no helpful answers

Had to fight and fight with it to get it connected to Wifi. Does NOT work with 5G. For the price of this thing, that should be an option. ALSO there should be some sort of screen instead of just confusing blinking lights. Can't believe they'd sell this and ask retail price. Pathetic.

I have been happy with this printer I purchased for the most part. There are some things that could be different that would improve it. There is no digital display which I did not realize before I purchased it. If you want to change any settings or do anything with it you have to do it through the app on your phone. That is really inconvenient. It has been printing ok until recently, it now has lines running through anything I print. I've ran the print head cleaner and it still does the same thing. I'm not sure what causes that but it's pretty annoying.

Too expensive to break after minimal use for 2 years. I haven't even used all the initial colored ink. It has had minor print quality issues since beginning. Finally now it is disabled and lights indicate ink pad at end of life? What the heck??? It is making whistles and pops. I'm so disappointed. The only reason it has any stars is that the scanner works. I also tried to submit request for help through the site but that will not go through. Overloaded with issues??? I expected more for a product Shaq was willing to endorse.

This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-2400 Wireless Color Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. Set up is always the part that I never look forward to. The instructions are either too detailed and it takes forever to read or they are confusing and it take forever to set up because you are not sure what is going on. However, in this case, set up was a breeze. It took no time at all which already makes your experience a positive one. Installing the software was easy but I had one part that was tricky. It would not connect to my wifi right away. I did have to turn it off and back on for a second and then it was able to connect.  The ink was the easiest part of the whole process. No leaks, no spills and it will last for a long time depending on how often you print. I am an elementary school teacher and real estate business owner, so I make a bunch of color copies so my printer ink may not last as long as someone who doesn't print that much. After the installation was set up and the wifi was completed, I wanted to see if it would work or if the printing worked. I had to do it a couple times but now it is printing perfectly. I have used a lot of printers and this one is pretty good. It would be a perfect office printer or home printer. 

I brought it last week, just got it up and running Saturday the 29 of June because it was hard to get the download program off the enternet to hook up the printer to my computer. I tried everything I could think of but anything worked. But Saturday everything came together for me and my printer is hooked up to Wi-Fi also which I had not before Thank You. But I think you should put the run program in the box with the printers.

We have always purchased HP Printers, but decided to try Epson because of the EcoTank. As a business printer, it's truly abysmal. It is exceptionally slow printing and copying, as well as very loud. It will sometimes just start marking noise when it hasn't had a required function in over 10 minutes. It will often print with a line through a page or miss a line when copying. It cannot handle printing two sided to two sided copies. The color is often very odd, with a washed out look. The tray can only handle a limited amount of pages for copying or faxing. It constantly disconnects from the computer and we have to turn it on and off or reconnect it altogether. I'll go back to HP for our next printer.
