Extremely happy! The set up was easy, working the printer is easy. I enjoyed filling it with ink, almost relaxing lol. The app is user friendly! Quality is excellent- printed both words and pictures. Nothing negative to say!

Honestly I’ve loved the ink ones that got straight in and that’s why I chose this. I feel like it lasts longer. But this printer is so incredibly slow. Like I’m not sure I’ve seen a slower one when printing.

Does everything you would like for a very good price on a sublimation printer. Only think i would of liked better on it was a LCD screen for the menues, but for the price its not worth paying the extra for it in the price difference.

In order to find out how to use it you have to print out a 200 page manual. I don’t know how to do that because I don’t have a manual. I can’t do much with it because I don’t have a manual

It's a great little printer however, instead of this printer accept PRINT from a cell phone...it sends the request to a holding area and then you have to select the holding area to move it over to the printer. Exasperating.

Set up was fairly easy. Printer produces decent photo prints, scan and copier functions work well. Filling the ink tanks is easy and clean, no cartridges to dispose.

When it works, it works great which is rarely. The WIFI is useless, constantly going in and out, requiring it to be paired constantly in the app. Dont waste your money

Purchased the printer, blue ink head clogged, tried to call support, could'nt understand what she was saying. She said she would send e-mail on how to fix it-----NEVER GOT IT. This will be the last Epson I purchase. They used to have great support now you either get AI which is no help, or someone speaking Spanish.

Bought this printer just over a year ago. It's officially a paperweight. Have used less than 10 times. It won't print!! Even after topping up the tanks, running the PRINTER HEAD CLEANING...Nothing. Blank pages. Completely dissatisfied with this product.
