This printer haven’t worked since I received it. It’s just sitting on my desk

Bought this printer just over a year ago. It's officially a paperweight. Have used less than 10 times. It won't print!! Even after topping up the tanks, running the PRINTER HEAD CLEANING...Nothing. Blank pages. Completely dissatisfied with this product.

This is the worse printer that I have ever purchased. Printer setup and connecting to WiFi is time consuming. Printing is slow. The worst part about this printer is that you cannot print directly from your phone or iPad. Instead, you have to go through their app which glitches and doesn’t work all the time. This is not an air printer…it’s awful!

I bought this less than a month ago. It is replacing a Brother printer. Though the website shows color panels the actual product has unreadable grey displays. There is no software for my Windows 11 that works. Windows 11 will download the Print and Scan app but won't open it.

It was my understanding that this was supposed to be a printer for home business who print a lot, but I frequently have paper jam issues and printing issues. I also had planned to use the printer to print my own business cards, but the device is too weak to pull cardstock through to print. It can certainly run the cardstock through to the feed try without printing anything on it though, so it makes no sense as to why this printer cannot print on cardstock. I used to be a die hard Epson fan, but with each successive printer the parts are cheaper and I waste a lot of time fixing errors, paper jams and etc. I'm probably not going to buy anymore epson printers after this.

Actual printing is great. Getting the connection to work was a PITA. Would prefer a Bluetooth connection but needed a printer ASAP.

I've been wanting this printer for a while now and I am so happy to have it. It's a little pricey but I'm sure in the long run it'll pay for itself with the savings on ink.

Easy to fill. The ink last longer than other printer cartridges. The bad part is when my computer updated the printer stopped working and had to be uninstalled and reinstalled. That I'm not real happy about.

i went on YouTube to look for answers to why this happened, they said it was in need of a update, I followed the instructions they gave and it came back saying the machine is up to date . but still having the same problems

My first epson. Would not buy again. Very hard to print from an I phone. Need a special app. And it’s still a pain to print. My old HP printer was easier to set up and work. However. I do like the ink But that’s all it has going for it.
