[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched all washer and dryers and chose the highly rated Samsung. I like most aspects of this dryer, but have a problem with the dryer temperature settings, which limits my options and is why I rated it a 3. Most drying options on this dryer have preset factory temperature settings that are too hotand do not allow a “low” heat setting. This is in stark contrast to MOST fabric/clothing manufacturer labels which specify low heat. The only options for low heat is time dry and delicates. Factory settings for the temperature on the dryer are set and cannot be changed, as follows; Normal at 4; bedding on 5 (hot); permanent press at 3; refresh at 5; active wear at 4, Quick dry at 5; I consistently use 1 ( a 2 for towels). If anyone has knowledge as to how to override the factory settings, please share. Thank you for the opportunity to share my views.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Drier about 6months ago, and it has failed to disappoint me. The smart drier helps conserve power, and hence doesn't lead to increase in utility bills. And it does a great job drying the load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer delivered about a week ago, and I had a LOT of laundry built up after moving and being without a W/D for a few weeks. My first takeaway was that the capacity is fantastic. I have two kids and a bad habit of not folding my clothes post-dry, so it is great to be able to refresh a large load in the dryer when I have time to fold laundry. I am also very impressed with the steam sanitize. As a gym rat who also has a teenage boy, I previously struggled with washed and dried clothes that were still not-so-fresh. The steam sanitize function has worked even better than expected, with clothes coming out fresh that were fairly gross going into the wash. The only reason that rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because the SmartThings functionality for the dryer isn't particularly intuitive (and I consider myself fairly tech-savvy). However, I couldn't be happier with the performance of the dryer itself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has been nothing but extraordinary since my family received it. It fits and looks lovely in our laundry room. Also, the size is just right to hold various loads of laundry. The features, especially the WiFi SMART capabilities, are a plus, including the lovely melody that alerts that the drying cycle is complete. In addition, the absolute best part is the multiple options for drying settings. The product accurately produces dried laundry that does not have to be put through numerous cycles to completely dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many impressive features, especially related to wrinkles. There is a steam sanitizer feature. You can control how much heat and time for drying. The app lets you when your clothes are dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had already purchased the matching washer earlier this year and loved all the features including being able to use the Samsung SmartThings app. Our TV alerts us to when the cycles are done and we love using the laundry recipes and sending them to both the washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this as part of a Six Samsung appliance suite. This is our second Samsung dryer and is electric not my go to gas. I think it drys as fast if not faster than my last one. Features are absolutely great, especially the steam aided ones. It is large , so measure your space twice.. buy once.

This Samsung dryer recently started leaving burn residue on clothes after 10 months of ownership. Apparently, the absorption pad on the inside of the drum has melted and Samsung claims it is not a covered warranty item even though it's an internal component. Buyer beware!
