Great Dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful dryer. We just moved to a new home and recently bought this model. We did multiple loads back to back to back and the dryer did not skip a beat. All of the clothes were bone dry. The smart feature on the dryer is also great.

Factory settingsidid much research b are a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched all washer and dryers and chose the highly rated Samsung. I like most aspects of this dryer, but have a problem with the dryer temperature settings, which limits my options and is why I rated it a 3. Most drying options on this dryer have preset factory temperature settings that are too hotand do not allow a “low” heat setting. This is in stark contrast to MOST fabric/clothing manufacturer labels which specify low heat. The only options for low heat is time dry and delicates. Factory settings for the temperature on the dryer are set and cannot be changed, as follows; Normal at 4; bedding on 5 (hot); permanent press at 3; refresh at 5; active wear at 4, Quick dry at 5; I consistently use 1 ( a 2 for towels). If anyone has knowledge as to how to override the factory settings, please share. Thank you for the opportunity to share my views.

Great Dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I finally decided to update our washer and dryer! We are so glad we did! This thing works great and has so many features! The only con that we've found is the loud beeps and tones. It sings a super long song when finished and I wish this could be silenced or changed to something shorter/quieter.

Will Ruin Clothes

This Samsung dryer recently started leaving burn residue on clothes after 10 months of ownership. Apparently, the absorption pad on the inside of the drum has melted and Samsung claims it is not a covered warranty item even though it's an internal component. Buyer beware!

Ties bedding in knots

I bought this dryer about six months ago and for the most part its been great but I specifically purchased the 7.4 cf dryer bc I like to wash my bedding and I have never seen a dryer tie things into a knot so fast. To dry a blanket or even sheets you have to stop the dryer every 10 minutes and untie the blanket and put it back in. Everything ends up in a tight ball and doesnt dry. So it was a disappointment for drying bedding. Otherewise it works well

Great Electric Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this Dryer from my parents house and now I purchased this for my new home. Everything is awesome, the timing also not take too long. The option I like about it is the smart connection with my phone. The Dryer came with all the wires we need so we didn't need to go buy anything to connect the system.

Wet clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not dry clothes. Very small tub. Anything not on the inside does not dry. I brought my older maytag bravo back in and gave this Samsung dryer away. I like the washer. don't buy small tub dryer.

Great Dryer very useful wrinkle diintegrator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new dryer for almost a month now. I can say, it is a very unique method of getting the wrinkles immediately out of clothing. I absolutely love this machine. Now if it would just fold my clothes and put them away, it would be perfect.

HORRIBLE Dryer and CUSTOMER SERVICE

This dryer NEVER DRIES ! OUR OLD CLOTHES DRYER DRIED PERFECTLY! SAMSUNG TECHS CAME OUT AND ACCUSED US OF MAYBE HAVING DIRTY DRYER VENTS OR TOO LONG AND OUR OLD ONE WAS PERFECT!!!:. WE JUST WANTED A NEW MODEL!! THEY ARE AWFUL! WE KEEP RESETTING TIME OR DEGREE OF HEAT! WAISTBANDS ARE ALWAYS LEFT WET. WE PUT IN AND RESET. IT JUST KEEPS TURNING OFF! NO MATTER WHAT
