Member’s Mark USDA Choice Angus Beef Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast, priced per pound

I love this cut of meat. I will drive over an hour to buy it at Sams. But the past 3 times I've purchased it, it has a lot of Grissel in it. And they are smaller in size than they were.  I assume you've changed suppliers

Don't change what works

Love this roast! Put in electric pressure cooker, shred it up and so yummy! I even cooked and froze the meat with the broth. Defrosted, heated up and tasted awesome!

So tender. Awesome for shredded beef!

I pan fried a few slices to make beef stroganoff and it was really tough. Then with the rest of the roast I baked it at 325°f until it was 130°f internal temp. Moist and juicy, tender. Perfect for slicing and making roast beef sammiches

Bought this Sirlon roast , looked very good 
Follow the instructions of cooking a sirloin tip roast. The end result was very tough. It was supposed to be a slicing roast.
In the end, I had to make it into a pot roast to try to salvage it very tough would not buy it again!

Slicing Roast  too tough

I took this sliced it about 1 in thick, marinated it overnight and made shiskabobs out of it. They were very tender juicy and delicious. Highly recommend.
