Wasn't my favorite cut of meat. Didn't cook evenly.... could be user error lol

My husband lo es the taste of this roast. It cooks up so nice and the fat content is lower.

This my second time to purchase the beef and for good reasons, it's tender, not chewy, and best for stew.
