Quality meat, just the right amount of fat. The packages are consistent, in package has the same / close to same size steak, so it's good for two meals.

For the three pieces in the package it was definitely a goodbye barbecued one fried one in an iron skillet cut one in rolled asparagus and baked it in the oven it was extremely good and would not of purchased it if it was not a goodbye

I originally went in to buy short ribs, but they were too expensive so I bought the flap meat. It was a lot of meat (no bones like short ribs) for the money.
