I love to grill Carne Asada and this is by far the best meat. Its thick and retains the flavor well. I would definitely recommend!

When I grill flap meat from Sam’s Club, it comes out a bit stiff. When I grill flap meat from a local meat butcher’s shop, it comes out juicy and tender.

The meat department used to be great, but I don’t know what has happened. The meat is tough. They put a lot of filler pieces under the nice big piece and all your left with is a bunch of fat and silver meat do better.

Save your money go to the local grocery store

This was the best skirt steak I’ve found at Sam’s in a very long time.  I went back to buy more today, but whoever is in charge of the meat dept. is up to their old tricks of trimming ALL of the good part off and packaging only the tough leaner thick portion.  Big disappointment.
