This was the best skirt steak I’ve found at Sam’s in a very long time. I went back to buy more today, but whoever is in charge of the meat dept. is up to their old tricks of trimming ALL of the good part off and packaging only the tough leaner thick portion. Big disappointment.

We go through a lot of this for breakfast sandwiches, great marinated + grilled then re-heated with eggs.

Marinated and cook on grill lime steak med-med/rare. Or. Crock pot all day on low with any liquid. Yum

Love the flap steak but too expensive

It looks good, but for the price, I felt that it was very tough for what it was kind of a weird texture

Not as tender as I expected.

The meat department used to be great, but I don’t know what has happened. The meat is tough. They put a lot of filler pieces under the nice big piece and all your left with is a bunch of fat and silver meat do better.
