Replaced 8020 with this model and the ink cartridges dont last as long. Brand new equipment shouldnt be continuously squeaking with each use. The paper tray is a bit flimsy and takes a few tries to close it properly. Having trouble with simple functionality like adding our emails for scanning. It works fine overall but underwhelmed byvthe newer model.

Absolutely hate this printer. Yes, the initial printer price is attractive- but then it's all downhill from there. The printer burns through the ink cartridges that came with it very quickly. HP literally all but makes it near impossible to not join their Instant Ink program which requires a monthly fee. Try to buy the ink in your Sam;s club, it's either not available or super expensive. Now my printer which is almost exactly 6 months old will not print in color and the trouble shooting app can't find a problem. I really miss my 10 year old Cannon printer!

I bought it to replace an Office Jet 8700 printer. It's not maybe my first choice but it gets the job done. I was able to easily unpackage and set up the printer without any issues. I'll probably keep it as a backup printer once I can afford one that has multiple paper trays. Otherwise, a good little printer as the footprint is much smaller than my old one.

Printer uses mostly color ink fairly fast

While my printer quit on me, I was on he hunt for a deal for a replacement! Sam’s had the best price for an OfficeJet printer. Great purchase!

The ink cartridges are hard to install (would not stay seated, knocked over other cartridges like dominos) so I returned the printer.

This is possibly the best printer I've ever owned! It prints photos astonishingly well, the app works very well on my Mac computer and iPhone 13 PM. Also it's very user friendly and the HP ink program is phenomenal!

I bought this printer to replace an almost identical printer. We have had excellent luck with HP printers. It’s quick but has good print quality. I also love the HP Instant Ink. It makes my life so much easier.
