Ironically, I literally just completed the entire setup process with a LOT of help. This could be looked at to simplify. Too many steps (dowlnload apps) to phone and computer, only to have to take separete steps to setup printer for photo printing. All in all I feel it will bee a good purchase... once I got jthrough all this.

Difficult to set up wi-fi connections. My last HP Office Pro set up with the touch of one button. This one required HP help. First call didn't resolve. Second call got an experienced technician who did it. It is flimsy compared to my last printer purchased in 2014. It is working OK now - after a couple of weeks.

I love this printer. I was so tired of buying printer cartridges and still now getting good results and wasting so much ink on print cleaning. This printer and the HP Instant Ink plan just makes sense. And the printed material is the best ever! Already shared this with my friend

I am happy with this printer. The only complaint I have is a little difficulty in installation. It said to go to their web page. A chat line was opened. After getting my name and phone number and the printer model, a technician called me and offered to guide me through the installation. But for a cost that was more than the cost of the printer itself!! Naturally I didn’t accept and then figured it out and installed it myself. I assume this was a third party. I didn’t understand why HP offers that on their web page.

This printer was exactly what we were looking for. We don’t print a lot but just wanted one that was easy to set up and start using. It fits the bill very well. Looks great in our space and easy to load cartridges. A very good but for us at a very good price.

1. Sam's pick up was great 2. Printer set up was easy but I still have questions about set up. 3. Greatest disappointment was in the features that are not as plentiful as the older version that this replaced. But that HP not Sam's. Perhaps we should have gotten the higher priced model. But the only difference shown in the description was faster printer speed. 4. The printer doesn't include a cord to connect directly to the printer. I used my old cord. 5. Orher problems connecting that I wish I had a call in tech service. 6. HP is very concerned about me signing up for the printer cartridges. They sent the first ones 1 week after I set up the printer. 6. The printer works and does most tasks well. Just not my dream come true. Thanks dr.c

Although I appreciate the upgrade in technology since my last HP printer purchase, I found the initial printer hookup to my internet and ne HP computer more difficult and less user friendly. I hope this is something you work to improve in the future.

For the most part I like HP printers and products. the problem is the HP smart program is hard to keep working. I have only one computer that it works from. none of my Wi-Fi device will connect to the printers and I cannot figure out why. none of the online tools work and there is no one to talk to. if this is happening to me than others are having the same issue. also, this printer put a line down the center of any document that I scan in, and I don't know how to get rid of it. so, I must use my old printer instead.

There should be never anything necessary other that plugging in a printer in order to be able to use it. Such was the case with my Office Jet Pro 6978 which was a perfect printer, with the exception of its apparent planned obsolescence. . You may get to the point where you will lose customers who like to keep things simple.

Ever since I got this new printer it jams every other time I print, mostly when I have more than 2 pages or have a double sided print job. Nothing seems to fix it as I pull out the jammed paper and restore the guide. I let an HP salesman on the phone talk me into this one as a great deal when I really wanted an HP Envy double sided printer. He said it did the same thing and would cost me less. It's costing me TIME and trouble instead. HP has had plenty of years to ensure their product is top notch, I'm disappointed.
