Very user friendly and makes your life so easy when you need to scan and send documenta. I cant wbe any happier.

Installation was simple, print from anywhere through the app, like the convenience of not having to think about reordering ink.

Very nice for home office. Plastics are a little flimsy but adequate, speed is medium but print is very good.

Works very well and has all the features I wanted. I like that the paper is in a tray and not exposed, because it stops dust from entering the printer. I also love the Instant Ink service.

You’re not able to use the top feeder to scan documents. Top feeder will only work for printing. There is no feature to “Scan to Email”. You can only scan to a computer.

Takes forever to set up and all has to be done online or via app. Paper drawer is flimsy. Printer grabs 5 sheets to print each page and constant paper drawer errors. Support staff unhelpful just sending scripted replies. Done with HP.

This is a great "second" printer if you ever need color printouts. It is excellent color and density and fairly fast. It is not a great option for excessive printing. How can you go wrong with HP???
