This brand new unit failed to operate just 2 days after installation

I bought this two years ago, and got coverage, coverage expired, and also the printer. is very expensive to fix it, better off a new printer.

The paper gets stuck almost eveytime I use this printer. Hate this printer. The plastic is cheap and it doesn't;t work right ever! Don't buy!

I should have never purchased anything but an HP printer. Easy to install. Dependable. Doesn't snag on print projects.

It was easy to install. It has the basic functions that I need. It's a better model than I had before.

My computer could not find the new printer, no matter what did. Had to get an IT to bypass PC to connect. Once connected, it works great!!!!

This printer is very good quality and easy to set up. There could be some slight improvement to the tray table. Liking it a lot.
