this can not be prime rib

I bought two 5-6 pound prime ribs to make for Christmas Eve. I know prime rib is not a lean cut of meat but these were at least 80% fat and very tough. I used an electric knife to cut them and it struggled to get through al the grizzle. I would not buy one from Sams again. I would go to a meat market. HEB would even be better.
