The website said it was fullly assembled and It wasn’t!

there is no video to help for install, or even a clear instruction in the manual.

This a great work out machine ! Just using your body weight and gravity. It really has kicked my butt, 200lbs worth ! I recommend this product, totally worth the money !

The only real assembly was the 4 screws to attach the pads. The rest was unboxing and removing cardboard and plastic. I literally had it together so fast, I actually worked out with it within 30 minutes of setting it up. After watch Chuck Norris all these years, I remembered all the moves I needed or wanted. The DVDs are dated, but usable. All the attachments are nice. The only one I can't seem to figure out is the leg pulley thingy. I'll have to look on youtube for that attachment. This a great addition to my home gym and the price is just right. Just make sure you have at least 10 to 12 feet of open space to use this machine effectively. It is long. It does come with the mat underneath, however, I suggest something wider to catch the sweat.

I have a shoulder injury that as I get older hurts more each day. Went to physical therapy and it helped - they gave me 4 sheets of paper with exercises to do if I wanted to continue to get better- also gave me some elastic bands. Junk. Hate tv infomercials, once they get your cc they are relentless with add-ons. Sams sells a great package,and every exercise they gave me to do in physical therapy I can do on the total gym! Also, forget the DVD’s go online to total gym tv. Sign up is free and you can select all the free one’s- they match the DVD’s save them as a favorite then you can pick them any time. Not sure I would subscribe but you can if you want more variety. My whole family has started using it- get yours. Thanks Sams!!
