Love the Total Gym. I can stretch, body weight train, etc... all on one device. Nice for my tiny spare bedroom.

Great machine for the low price. Has numerous different workouts, all using yourself and not changing weights around. Just what I was looking for.

Great workout at home. Very versatile and can exercise can be adapted to suit your needs. I'm 76 and find it very age appropriate.

Very nice investment. It comes with all the attachments for an inexpensive price. I will look like Chuck Norris in no time.

The Total Gym is ok for the price and it was easy enough to put together. It did come with a broken piece but easy enough to fix.

Really like the total gym. I wish the training videos were with my same series. I think it would be easier to follow. Some accessories for the XL7 cant be left on while doing other exercises. A great unit regardless.

This a great work out machine ! Just using your body weight and gravity. It really has kicked my butt, 200lbs worth ! I recommend this product, totally worth the money !

I have a shoulder injury that as I get older hurts more each day. Went to physical therapy and it helped - they gave me 4 sheets of paper with exercises to do if I wanted to continue to get better- also gave me some elastic bands. Junk. Hate tv infomercials, once they get your cc they are relentless with add-ons. Sams sells a great package,and every exercise they gave me to do in physical therapy I can do on the total gym! Also, forget the DVD’s go online to total gym tv. Sign up is free and you can select all the free one’s- they match the DVD’s save them as a favorite then you can pick them any time. Not sure I would subscribe but you can if you want more variety. My whole family has started using it- get yours. Thanks Sams!!
