Great workout at home. Very versatile and can exercise can be adapted to suit your needs. I'm 76 and find it very age appropriate.

Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Added value - instructional DVD's. Quality construction. Great value overall.

I like the total gym but packaging could be better. There is a broken cap on one of the legs but doesn’t interfere with the machine.

My husband lives everything about this. The ease of getting it eeady to use as well as the ease of exercising

Love the Total Gym. I can stretch, body weight train, etc... all on one device. Nice for my tiny spare bedroom.

Love the Total Gym. Best work out equipment especially for folks in their 50’s. Would def recommend this product. Very good quality.

Very happy I bought the Total Gym, very easy to use and work out with! Very fast delivery when I purchased it from Sam Club!

Relatively easy to assemble, but, two people probably a good idea. Product is as advertised!! Great deal and value.

Very happy with my purchase. So many different exercises can be achieved & the price was reasonable.

We love this. So easy to use with so many workouts. Takes minutes a day. Wish we had done it sooner.
