Total Gym XL7 Home Gym with Workout DVDs

Relatively easy to assemble, but, two people probably a good idea. Product is as advertised!! Great deal and value.

You can't beat this XL 7 model. Top quality. All the accessories as their expensive model. Easy to start your workouts with confidence.

After reading all of the danger and caution notes I returned it unused and not removed from the box.

Safety first

The Total Gym is ok for the price and it was easy enough to put together. It did come with a broken piece but easy enough to fix.

Good price

Great workout at home. Very versatile and can exercise can be adapted to suit your needs. I'm 76 and find it very age appropriate.

Total Gym is Worth It!

Love the Total Gym. Best work out equipment especially for folks in their 50’s. Would def recommend this product. Very good quality.

I ordered the Total Gym XL7, but received the total gym fit.  All of the accessories listed did not come with it.  The dip bars, press up bars and mat were not included.  I really enjoy the gym, but wish I would have gotten all the accessories that were shown.

I finally bought a Totas Gym XL7 and I am happy.  
I researched all of the fancy bikes, steppers, climbers and other machines seen on TV. I had no desire to buy an over-priced, over-hyped, social media machinbe. I don't need to jog through Europe or watch some fool on tv urging me onward.  

I wanted a work out machine and the XL7 was it. Simple and elegant, a machine for a more civilized world, the XL7 is the whole gym in one package.

If you can't do an exercise on the XL7, you don't need to do it. 

Can't beat the Sam's Club price either.
