Total gym was missing a leg pull attachment. Order picture shows 2. Only one sent. I had to replace a couple small screws that fell out of the board. Works great otherwise.

Compared to my old TG 1000 this TG XL7 is a dream. The extra attachments allow more versatile workout for different muscle groups. Easy to use and store. The construction and quality is much better.

I bought this about two weeks ago overall I love it it is missing one of the leg or foot straddles I wished it had it like it shows in the picture but it only has one but other than that it seems to be working good

We love our new Total Gym XL7 it came when it said it would. We enjoy working out on it very good quality and came with lots of attachments. We are in our 60s and it is easy to work out on and can be folded up for storage.

I gave used the equipment 6 times over a two week period and like the effect on my body. I weigh 250lbs and am not sure if it will be durable. If you weigh 250+, spend more money and get the upgrade that will hold your body weight.

Well worth the money, in my opinion! It does everything I need for a workout, and it's all very easy to change the attachments. I work at home, so it's very handy to just go in and do 10 minutes here and there, and it adds up throughout the day.

A fairly solid unit that works reasonably well. It does not appear to be quite as easy to use as some of the more expensive units in that changing things between exercises can be a bit of chore, but overall it serves the basic purpose fairly well.

Recently had knee surgery. Squats were out of the question. With the low incline I can go through a full range of motion. Other workouts are quick and challenging. Overall a well built machine that is fun to use.

It was easy to set up but lots of attachments and very poorly written black and white tinny pictures impossible to decipher. It comes with a DVD, so looking for a DVD player now to see if it helps figure it out.

Waking up muscles that have been asleep for years! Definitely great for a total body workout. My only concern is the slide board is a few inches shorter than I'd like, still able to make it work though.
