because I returned the dresser because no one ever call or showed up at my house. I didn't get a refund for their lack of service and not showing up or even give me away to contact whoever was supposed to do it. I'm actuality a member of Angie's I wish their was lower number than 1 buyer beware get contact info from Angie's call them. i this this case lesson learned . lost $85.00

the dresser itself is beautiful and it is worth the money the only problem is that ever since I bought it the light on the dresser is supposed to change colors and since then the control which changes the lights it's like Frozen it doesn't let me turn off the light and it's been on since and I don't understand how a product that's brand new starts malfunctioning when you just recently bought it you know what I mean it's just very frustrating.

Angie's list and walmart didn't coordinate well between them. i had to get involved and contact both for installation of 2 of them. they didn't glue product at all when they were supposed to. drawers didn't line up after one installation. very unprofessional

I never got this service and I never got my money back! No one willing to help me when I called about this! Dresser was assembled when it arrived. It was dropped off %26 I had to open box and place in my room

I purchased two dressers which had to be assembled, at assembly time for both dressers two major large pieces on both dressers were missing,, not able to assemble. I was charged 5 times for assembling just two dressers not 5,

I paid for assembly services. The item sat at the local Fed Express for 3 days before finally being delivered today, in the box and unassembled. So, no I can't say I would recommend this to anyone. We are trying to get a refund, let's hope that happens.

This is the worst place I have ever had anything to do with. I was charged $ 233 for a 9-drawer dresser that never got assembled, and the cost was supposed to be $ 89. The dresser was under 150 dollars I couldn't get in touch with anyone from Angis. They keep sending me back to Walmart, where I purchased i.t Do not use this service I am still trying to get my money back, and the dresser is still in pieces

Everything was perfect about assembly except the manufacturer included one short dresser leg. I am so happy I didn’t have to build dresser. Service was worth it. Also, seller was responsive to the short leg issue. I would definitely pay for assembly service for a piece of heavy furniture.

Since there was no communication from Angi nor Walmart for when the date and time of the assembly could take place, and the fact that I had a timeline to meet since I had guests arriving; I hired my own handyman to assemble the dresser. I called Walmart first, being told that Angi would email me. I called Angi, they had no order number nor phone number on file for me. Called Walmart again and was told something different this time. Called Angi again and they cannot schedule my appointment without the information from Walmart. Frustrating. Ultimately, if you have a timeline and need something done within 3 or 4 days; I would not recommend using Angi’s services.

NEVER purchase services for a “handyman”. It’s a complete SCAM and ripoff! They never showed up, I called to get my money back (over $600) and ANGI, the provider Walmart uses refuses to give me my money back. They are saying it’s been over 30 days!!! Mind you, I’ve called Walmart over and over about the issue. They simply said they would recommend me giving angi a call. I DID and the response is “no money back due to 30 day policy”. even though they provide NO SERVICE!!! SCAM
