Liked the assembler. Seemed very competent as I watched. Even gave him a large tip with thanks. Only afterwards did I discover that the top drawer would not open due to some metal on metal issue (I think). Got it loose a few times without knowing how. Now must leave the drawer open. Quite unacceptable purchase for that reason!!!!!

My assembly pro, Dewayne was GREAT. He did a fast job. I could never have done it by myself! He was very careful and polite.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I bought two items and two different pros to assemble my night stand and dresser. Neither showed up. I called to get my refund for both projects. Very depressing because I took off work and waited for them.

The triple dresser I had nobody come to my house for that for assembly.I had to hire somebody else to do it.. I love the dresser.I hope I wasn't billed for assembling ? if so I need refund I do love the Led lighting it looks pretty .

One of the brackets on the drawer was bent and it couldn't be installed. I need to be able to get another bracket, but I don't know how to get a hold of you to do it. Have someone call me please

The assembly appointments were canceled three times less than an hour before arrival. And then we were advised they would not be able to do the job and refunded our money. The ‘Included assembly’ was a big factor in making our decision to purchase.

Your Angi company needs to be improved! Where is it that you pay for services before service is rendered!!! Then the lack of communication between customers and the service providers are horrible..

If i couod give ZERO stars i would- Angi Services are a joke- they had someone to send to out togetger 2 items for me and the man called out sick not once but twice- they couldnt find a replacement- DO NOT RECOMMEND ANGI SERVICES

I felt that when I paid for the dresser and paid for Assembly with a real shocker is that Angie didn't do the job I would like someone to assemble it. It's still not been assembled and it's really ridiculous that this is not happening. Angie is fake to me and I wish you wouldn't deal with them. They advertise false advertisement to get a dresser assembly? It's four times it took for me to get a hold of them which was difficult alone and I didn't appreciate them. Keep me waiting to have somebody locally assemble I found two handyman so this be who's Walmart 86 Angie and their false promises and false advertising. Walmart is great but Angie sucks. You need to find some other people that will assemble a dresser in my area which is mountain daylight time in my town which I like I said there were two guys that can assemble my dresser. He's just getting the money which I needed from Angie that needed to put the dresser together. Thank you and this is my feeling on the whole situation I say Angie sucks.
