John came and promptly completed the task . He was professional and he knows how to assemble furniture in a prompt manner of time. I would gladly call on him again.

he was so kind and worked very hard to make sure everything was done properly he was so polite and cleaned up after himself I would recommend any time I need something assembled!

I really liked Michael. He was very good, he knew exactly what he was doing. He put together my recliner which came in two boxes right away and then Michael put together my six drawers dresser. He even took away all the empty boxes which he flattened and took it to the recycling ♻️ room. If I need to assemble something in the future I will definitely ask for Michael again. He was easy to communicate with and he was awesome at his job.

Dresser feels like it was made for a doll-house. The material feels very light and frail. Not sturdy at all. It is really low height. This is more for a children's room. Drawers are frail too. Do not add too much weight on it. The electric outlet is very convenient though.

The dresser is amazing. I put it together myself. Very high quality, HOWEVER, I thought it was being delivered assembled. I didn't know anything about Angie. They had emailed me an appointment without even calling to see if I was available. The person called me on the appointment date and said he'd be here shortly. He never showed up and again, just happened to look at my emails and one said they had cancelled me and the other had made an appointment for that same day hours earlier. I have been going back and forth between Walmart and Angie trying to get my $246 assembly fee for the three items I ordered from Walmart. Love the product, but I would never deal with Angie and I will never order furniture from Walmart again. Now I have to send back the 2 chests I ordered because I'm not up to assembling them. Also, it says right on the box “2 person lift heavy item” and fedex left it downstairs (3 boxes) I had to “walk” the boxes to the elevator and walk them to my apartment. So between fedex and Angie, this was a HORRIBLE experience.

Ince I was not able to leave a zero review, I had to give a 1 star. Dmytro L. from Angi's was unreliable. Never notified me of not being able to come on either day of agreed upon. I had to reach out to him. No customer service and unreliable. I will never use this service again. I will find someone more reliable in the furture.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding another purchase I've made from Walmart. On June 23rd I purchased the Truman dresser from Walmart as well as an $80 installation service. I am honestly in shock at how terrible my experience has been. First my package was intended to arrive on Friday, but it was delayed 3 days so it arrived on Monday around 3pm. When the third party service angi “professional” arrived on Monday 7am to build my dresser I did not have he marked the job as complete when it was not. I was not aware of this third party service angi and honestly they're making this even worse. I was able to reschedule for next Friday at 8am, nobody showed up so I decided to check my email only to see an email one hour before my scheduled appointment that there has been a last minute reschedule. I was dissatisfied already but to make matters worse they had took it upon themselves to reschedule an appointment for Monday 4pm and of course for the second time nobody showed up! But this time I receive no warning not even an email. This whole situation has been beyond frustrating and I'm regretting this purchase as a whole.

Do not book assembly through Angi. Their pros will cancel on you and I have yet to even get a booking for my bed frame assembly even though I have reached out to Angi multiple times.

The pro assembling person came before the whole dresser arrived (only thw lighted mirrior arrived)- so there was nothing for him to do. I was not messaged or called when he arrived and need to have someone come out and assemble the dresser now that the complete order has arrive. Please contact me.

I will never order any item from anywhere with Angi involved again and do not know why companies allow this to be a real partnership. Destroyed my house, left half way through assembly and never returned and no humans work for the company to speak to. Trash.
