After reading reviews and seeing that the only negative ones were from receiving a damaged unit, I decided to roll the dice. I must say im very happy. It is heavy as all get but that means it is good quality imo. The product is going to represent itself but I believe the freight company delivering this unit was key. ATI, I believe was the company. I thought I was missing the remote and hardware but that is at the bottom of the unit. I have a big livingroom and I noticed that it heats up very quickly.

I have a 75” TV with legs that are at the outside edges. It's been a challenge to find a stand that I like to fit my tv. I located this one and I must say that I'm very pleased. It's solid wood with an oak veneer. Read about the wood online (rubber wood). It's nothing like it sounds, very sturdy! The fireplace is huge and has lots of options for all features. It comes assembled which is great and it's packed excellently. The only downside if I had to find one is that's it's super heavy. It comes common carrier freight and they deliver to door only. Since I live on a restricted road I had to get assistance to go and pick it up in town and get to my house and in place. I really can't say enough about the quality for the price though. I caught it on sale for $549 (from $749) and I upgraded to plus membership so I could get free shipping, otherwise shipping would have ate up my $200 discount. Plus membership cost an additional $45 but it was also on sale for $10. I couldn't be happier!!

I purchased this 01/2023. I really loved this Delmar Fireplace, the construction, the look, etc. My only complaint is that if you have any issue with the fireplace after the 1-year warranty such as replacement parts you are basically on your own. The 1-888-508-5980 that come in the box GTD Services WILL NOT be answered regardless the number of messages you leave. Can anyone let me know what the app is for the Bluetooth feature. Also if you still have your manual the model %23. I love mine trying to replace the heating element as well as utilize the app.

The shipping company was our main issue. We called scheduled a time frame and it didn't come, Noone could get a hold of the driver to see what happened. the next day they just delivered it we came home to it in the middle of the yard nowhere near the door like they are suppose to the box was falling apart even tho it was on a pallet. 5 steps and it was a challenge the box is so oversized you can't get a hold anywhere we cut the box off and that made it a little easier. We received all the parts plugged it in right away everything seems to work the color is a little different but its growing on me wish it had the crackling sound of a realistic fire

I'm a senior citizen who ordered a fireplace 75" long x 20' deep and 30" high. This thing is a MONSTER! Yet, Sam's offered NO unpacking services!! I was left to my own devices to get this unpacked. The manufacturer cable-strapped a box containing hardware, manual and remote control TO THE BOTTOM of this monster! Then....it was defective and had to be returned and a new one replaced it and AGAIN I had to unpack this sucker for a SECOND time! I will never buy a large item from Sam's again!
