This TV stand/fireplace is beautiful with all the features as stated. It arrived on time within the four hours stated with a phone call to tell us they were 30 minutes away. Two men carried it inside and allowed us to open the well packed box to check for any damage. We accepted the perfect condition and signed the sheet.

Solid piece of furniture. Very well packaged for shipment. Fire flames are very nice. Heater could be better. Overall very satisfied with this purchase...

DO NOT purchase this item. When it was unboxed we discovered that it was broken. It looks like it was dropped. I immediately contacted customer care and was assured that I would receive a call regarding pickup within 72 hours. 10 days later after making 2 more calls, the issue is still unresolved. The delivery company that was used wasn't allowed to bring the fireplace into the house. What kind of service is that?

Absolutely ridiculous that this a recurring problem with sams products and their deliveries. Now how long do we have to wait for a new one and hold our breathe that it will be delivered and handled with care? Can't post a picture but it was delivered with shattered glass. And it was lovely to open in my garage and get that everywhere. Now I have to dispose of the cardboard and shattered glass.

We received the Fireplace Console yesterday and set our 75" TV on it. It looks great!!! After looking around, we decided on this unit and really glad we did. The console is VERY heavy and well made. It was also delivered without any damage to it. Would recommend this product.

Although delivery was delayed by 2 weeks and delivery only consisted of this heavy boxed tv console/fireplace being set just inside our front door, myself and hubby (aged 67 and 70) were able to get it unboxed, remove the extra parts and manuals from the underside, and get it in place. It wasn't an easy task, but once it was put in place, we sat back and felt that it was worth it! On top of it all, we received a price adjustment because the price lowered between when we ordered it and we received it!!

My excitement when ordered has turned into a complete nightmare! This extremely large and heavy purchase was left 1200 feet from my house at the end of my driveway on a pallet next to the main road! I was never contacted by the delivery person and they did not try to come to my door (I was at home). I just happened to see it when leaving my home for a doctor's appointment. When I opened the box I found shattered glass everywhere! The box looks very rough and torn. I called to get a replacement still have no idea when it will be picked up or my replacement will arrive. I told customer service it is out in the weather and needs to be picked up immediately that I can not move this broken item into my home and they don't seem concerned. Very frustrated and let down.
