This was delivered late, and it's only set inside the doorway, leaving two senior citizens to unbox this and move it into place by ourselves! But we did it, and it looks pretty darn nice in our beach home! With the cold/freezes that south Texas has had the past 2 years, I feel like the fireplace will come in quite handy!!

Good solid piece of furniture comes completely assembled and delivered right to your door. What is not to like? The little heater on this unit works very well in our 350 sq ft glassed in lanai area. It raises the temp by 4-5 degrees within an hour, and it is just enough to take the edge off and enjoy. Would recommend and have seen others that don't look nearly as nice that cost 3X as much

Worth every penny. It was dropped off in my driveway on a pallet packaged very well. My only complain is the shipping company chose to drop it off right below my outside camera so I ended up leaving work b/c I had to sense of security with not being able to see it from my camera. The piece itself is massive and comes fully assembled. But the packaged it so well not a single piece was damaged. I definitely overestimated how big this thing was, it made my 60in tv look like a joke so we upgraded to a 75in because of it. It is a beautiful piece that will stay in my living room for years.

Just received this fireplace, and my husband and I love it. I was concerned that I would not like the wood grain color, but it is beautiful. 😍 I was also concerned about it arriving with broken parts or scratched up after reading some of the reviews, but it was very well packed with no issues. The gentleman that delivered it was very nice and brought it all the way into our living room. On the delivery instructions, it said there were to be two people to deliver this, but he was by himself. Overall, I am very ecstatic and impressed with all the features this fireplace has to offer, and I am so thankful we had no issues because now I see it is out of stock.

Item arrived with a damaged box and one side of the drawers rail broken. I emailed and called to the number in the box. Got no response at all.
