Can't find parts to fix.

Reel lead to the hose connection broke off but no parts available to fix for the stanley 65' hose reel.

Wont retract!!

Bought this and it didn’t last long. It won’t retract back in and now I have all the hose just laying on the ground while this thing is still mounted to my house...

Disappointing

I bought this 1 year ago from my local store. After about 6 months, it stopped retracting completely. Tried to return it to the store to exchange for another one and was denied by Sams. I just threw it in the trash. A waste of $70.
