We bought this product this spring after the previous one purchased from Frontgate finally cracked. The Stanley one has never rolled as easily as the other one did and now it won't roll itself up at all.

Had this product for maybe a year. First summer it flowed smoothly. 2nd summer, its not doing well. Water is leaking from the inside.

I bought two of these and met my expectations and need. Pretty handy and easy to use. Easy installation also.

Spring rusted and broke after 1 year. Complete junk design, should have used stainless steel spring!

Had this about about 2 months now and highly recommend. Works great. I keep it under pressure at all times and it retracts flawlessly.

These only work for a little while then stop retracting. Sams offer no tech support, neither does stanley.

Worked fine, but then no water would flow through. What does the lifetime limited warranty cover? A second one is working o.k.

They work great until it doesn't anymore. Mine lasted 3 years. Winter stored indoors. Retractable part broke.

they were GREAT when new, but of the 3 we purchased 2 leak internally, one hose is bad and one no longer retracts.

Bought 1 and less then a year the hose burst. Sent a replacement and now a year later hose burst again.
