[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and installed this 65 inch TV about a month ago. The picture quality lives up to what I expected from some reviews that I read. However, I found that the "Magic" remote a disappoint. The cursor bounces around and requires a steady hand and a delicate "push" on the button to make the selection that I want. It also freezes quite often; that means a turn off and restart the TV. The voice system is pretty annoying. It randomly presents some "helpful" suggestions for my input. Those are confusing and are difficult to remove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product at a good price. The start-up sequence seems a bit cumbersome. I'd like to get directly to cable box connection/controller rather than scroll through the preprogrammed apps with the LG controller.

The TV has a great picture and I really enjoy it. I'm not young, and the remote is sometimes a challenge. There was a problem with mounting the set. The holes on the LG were not the same size as the set that was taken down. LG did not include screws/bolts for mounting their TV. I have ordered mounting screws/bolts, but with the holidays my son and grandson have not been able to get it mounted. Hopefully soon.

Had it hooked up to Internet to check all the features and everything works. Replaced my $1200.00 Samsung that after 14 years was showing noticeable picture defect. That was assembled in Tijuana and the LG also in Mexico so that was good in my opinion. Used Consumer Reports for the majority of technical reviews and low in ranking but not so bad in my opinion because when I get around to moving don't want to leave behind a top of the line model. Ok used Consumer Reports for the TV adjustments and the TV has a update out of the box. Used my Sony Blu Ray player 1080p for checking colors Serenity by Joss Whedon and Life of Pi Looks great. TV tuner is good for Over the air. Internet seems slow through TV but have my hp computer hooked up to it and use that YouTube and Tubi and to do my work. I do not have high speed Internet if that's the cause. Movies on USB play good through tvs media player not sure what formats it all plays. Speakers ok but have the optical connection to my Pioneer receiver hooked up. Have all the motion smoothing turned off and no problems with blurring for the NFL games and Tennis. Also have dvr hooked up to TV Magic remote is taking some time to get used to but I like it. Plenty of you you tube how to videos for it. Because the owners manuel is thin and all the features how to use them are on the TV so you have to read it then try to remember it to try the feature instead of having a decent manual in one hand and remote in other to figure it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. The screen color is nice. The remote it somewhat awkward and not to responsive or quirky.as well as the app choices and working with the remote to get places is not smooth flowing.

Good picture. I love the operating system and the magic mouse. So much easier to use, but there is a learning curve. Once I got used to it, there is no going back from WebOS. Great price, super easy setup. Wall mounted mine and it is a work of art! Black Friday price was a no brainer.

This tv has great video quality for the price. Easy to setup with the LG sound bar. No issues using it in a bright room. It has all the streaming apps so no need for external device if you don't already have one. Ethernet can be directly plugged in to tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought TV about 3 weeks Im 75 years old and found it very difficult to try and read the instructions. Should have a instruction manual in larger print and plain language. Can only watch channels until I get a manual I can understand "Very disappointed "

TV's are for watching programs, but these new sets want to invade your life. They want you to agree to crap that they really have no right to ask for and in some cases they don't let you control your TV they way you want, you have to follow the format they have installed - not the way other tv's have been operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old LG TV that needed updating, so I bought this bigger 55" one. The picture quality is fine. But I absolutely hate the way the menu section works, there should be a simpler solution to switch to Roku or a DVD player, The old TV had a simple button to click, now this product with its menu makes this a very unfriendly clicking around need. I also object strongly to the "necessity" of having all the data of my use collected and moved on to who knows who. This should be an option only if one has the wish for that!
