Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us. We'll need to go over a few things with you. Have you downloaded the LG ThinQ App? If you have not please do so. On the other hand, if you have already you need to log out of your current ThinQ app account. 2. After logging out, set your language and region as below on the login page. “Region/Language ”(e.g. USA/English) and language from the list of the selected region and language settings. Go to the settings menu>all settings>general then select locations>ok then change the country to US. The LG TV will restart, and then you should have full access. I wouldn't buy again

Good quality picture but WebOs is horrible. It is extremely slow and doesn't have a lot of the current apps. Also the remote has a built in pointer that is cumbersome and useless and from what I can tell cannot be turned off.

After a month or so I discovered that LG no longer allows SiriusXM Radio - bummer. Then when I call for tech. service, I get someone from a foreign country that I can hardly understand. The user manual has very little information as to how to operate the remote and get the TV to do what you want it to do.. I guess you just think that everyone is a techie.

I don't have the features involved with this parti

It's a full review reason being no manual no water, special tricks, and how to set it up. Alexa doesn't respond doesn't work if things that just didn't come with this particular model after the upgrades have to be made so if it's possible, sending a manual with detailed instructions to set it up, go through it all, if that's possible.

What we have experienced has more than met out expectations and I particularly enjoy the BlueTooth feature with my hearing aids that allows me to directly while still allowing my wife to hear the audio via the units speakers.
