Great product great experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love your LG product. I still have a TV that I bought in 2007 It still works still great TV, but it was time for us to update our Lg Tv. I love this TV. It feels like you're right there next to the characters. The colors are perfect..

Great TV, smart streaming, annoying remote

The TV looks and sounds great and navigates the various streaming services with ease. The "magic remote" is extremely annoying, especially when that floating cursor appears, guaranteeing that when I click the button it'll select anything except what I want.

Great Picture and Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture quality, and the price was amazing. The 1 thing that I don't like, and is driving me crazy, is the remote does not have a "last" button. I'm back to using my cable remote control most the time. And I probably would not do the roller ball remote again - it's very touchy - moves when you're trying to click it and you end up clicking something you didn't want.

Blown Away by LG

I purchased this LG 65 in. TV in order to replace an older LG 55 in. I own which was NOT a smart TV. I called it a dumb TV due to the lack of Web OS. It too worked very well. So far the 65 in. LG 65UR80 has not disappointed. It boots up fairly quickly and I have more Apps than I will ever need. The variety of channels is incredible. The sound is much better than the old one. I may not even need a sound bar but I like the Bass I get during movies or music playing. I switches quickly between medias and the picture quality is outrageous! Keep it up LG!!!

Low price, functions with some doubts about menus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the tv for a couple weeks. Although it has the exact same remote as my other two LG televisions the menu system is different in some ways. Also, some of the apps do NOT respond with the same speed as on the other two LGs. Paramount + in particular. Lots of hesitation after selecting a function on the remote.

Lifelike picture

I purchased this TV about a month ago and I'm glad I did. Feels like I'm in the theater. The screen gives a lifelike view and colors and pixels are great. It has lots of features. I purchased it because I have other home appliances from LG that I am very happy with as well. Definitely not does not disappoint.

Easy set up and PRESTO!

Took it out of the box and connected cables, plugged it in, and turned it on. On screen directions for pairing remoter and registering were a piece of cake. Picture is wonderful and the "magic" remote is a Godsend entering web sites and passwords for the apps.

Complex controls not self explanatory.

I have TV for a couple weeks and finally figured out how to live tv. Don't know much about all the other things that come up and don't know which are costing . I got hung up on a stupid cooking show and it nearly drove me nuts. Controls are not intuitive and I am not a techie.'So it has been challenging.

Great for Price but picture is dim

Great tv for the price. The main complaint I have is that I turned it as bright as possible, and it still is way to dim when the show is a nighttime scene. Most other tv's I have can see night scenes well, but this TV makes it hard to tell what is happening.

reply from LG Digital Care Team

Hey there, we are glad to hear you got the bang for your buck! When it comes to the picture quality for night scenes, we don't recommend turning your brightness all the way up, as this will make the contrast more difficult to see. We suggest turning off any overhead lights and potentially getting a backlight to help the eyes adjust to darker scenes. You may also want to look into your owner's manual and adjust the display mode. We hope this helps! http://spr.ly/6420uqJ8j ~Tegan
