we paid the installation fee fpr yall to come put and open a box. and this description was not designated in the description of the couch. which rips people off for the installation. i vouldve cut it open for free and did the same job they did! rip off!

Installer was great. Assembled my unit quickly and cleaned up his mess. Even came early at my request.

I have been to my house and one gave me the service that I already paid for. They left all the boxes outside.

three times had to reschedule. 4 times no show no call no nothing. never use angi. of your offer assembly then YOU SHOULD DO THE ASSEMBLY. ITEMS STILL IN BOXES ON MY LIVING ROOM UGH

I paid for the service but it never happened. I got 2 calls and i called back and ask that they call my son and keft his number since i bought it for him. He put it together himself.

installation was professional. quality of the sofa is very poor, its a large kiddie chair not a sofa. Really hard there are no cushions. Image is totally misleading from what actually arrived to me.

They did not show up when they said they would show up. Rescheduled four times and each time rescheduled I would get an email stating the assembly date had been changed. After a month I just cancelled. Still waiting on reimbursement.

The couch broke the next day! It wasn't put together correctly! My 3 year old sat on it and the back left corner fell in.

He did a excellent job . He knew how to put it together very well . It didn't take him no time at all to put it together

The assembler was on time, very friendly and courteous. He built it less than 20min. I plan on paying an assembler in the future. Well worth it.
