Due to the absence of an assembly service, I am entitled to a refund for the service I did not receive. The service was delayed, and I was not notified of its arrival. Consequently, I was unable to attend work and incurred additional expenses. This situation resulted in an overpayment for a service that was not delivered. You know what the product looks like in a box so I won’t be posting a picture of what you can simply google in the privacy of my own home.

The quality was great, the price was reasonable, and it did what I needed it to do. I also appreciate that it was easy to find and purchase, and it made my experience simple and convenient. Overall, it's a reliable product that I would definitely buy again and recommend to others.

The service was rescheduled online 1 hr before the service was supposed to take place. We had planned our day around this visit. It was rescheduled 3 days from now without inquiring if it would work for us. It didn't. So we cancelled, asked for a refund and will put the couch together ourselves. Thank you.

I bought a sofa and a big screen TV online from Walmart and also paid for their installation service as well. The items arrived, but the installation fellows did not arrive. Why was I charged for installation services, only to be directed to an outside company called Angie, which will charge me even more for installation services? This makes me extremely angry.

My assembly pro had given me a call letting me know she could come early if I was available, which is something I was hoping would happen!! she had great communication and she was very quick and efficient with her work! I would absolutely get this service again for my big furniture assembly needs!

The "pro" was three hours late. Instead of getting here at 7:00pm, she came at 10:00 pm. She finished at 1:00 in the morning! I think she was hoping I would re-schedule, but I was doing many renovations and needed the couch to sleep on. I don't think she had assembled this couch before. She followed the printed directions as I would have if I had put the couch together myself. Everything seems fine, but I was not impressed since she was so late and new to this piece of furniture.

I prepaid Angi service to assemble a sofa. Bye the time the Tec even contacted me I had canceled the service because I did Not hear from them. this was 12/26. I have been trying to get my refund since then. now 2/19...WOW not impressed at all. They even tried to tell me I did not submit my refund request within 30 days and ai am just out of luck. AHHHAAAAA. WHAT A RUNAROUND.....DO NOT use the ANGI SERVICE!!!!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

This couch from Drew Barrymore Beautiful line is well made - but warning it is small. The length is 72” but the height is low. I purchased the couch to mix with the popular creamy Barrymore chairs. Next to these great chairs the couch looks small. But, I have no regrets.

The guy that put it together did a great job. a very nice man. To use as a chair its built to low for many different size people. If you are short and small to med built you would fit ok.my son is 6ft 180lb. This chair is not for him. I needed one for him. and a spare bed to. Its just for small short people.

I called the people they gave me. One was in an Atlanta suburb, others were not much closer. The one who said he could possibly come Monday, which was three days way. I called and cancelled. Angi did refund the charges. For those in a rural area, this is not practical.
