I received the reschedule of the appointment the morning of installation- the reschedule date was past the date I needed the chair set up by. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment and was disappointed when they rescheduled the morning of. I ended up putting it together myself

The Screw that connects the back parts I noticed it was crooked, I call them and asked why is that He said because the holes that provided is the root of crookedness. I was home while he does the installation he didn’t tell me about it , why he needs to continue the installation if you know it’s not on alignment! That’s the reason why even the back cushions are crooked too.. In addition the foot stool cover is not fit to it stool box.

I had the appointment for today yous guys decided to cancel my appointment at the last minute and reschedule me for a date that's a week from now that's definitely unprofessional %26 to top it off the person I was talking to must have forgotten there's emails to back up and prove what I was saying I suffer from mental illness n when I get upset I start snapping... but she definitely must have forgotten I had an email proving I was supposed to have services today . I definitely find it unacceptable that I would of had to wait til December 15th to get my couch put together so what I was supposed to sit on the floor until then see the unprofessionalism in that . and I hope to god u refund me my money to for these services the lady told me 5 to 10 business days that's cost 89.99 that better be returned to my account they same way y'all was able to take it ... I understand people have things to do in life but they could of found another worker in the south Philadelphia area to come put it together ... they should make it for next day put together services n not reschedule people at the last minute when they had to cancel stuff so that someone would be there for them to put it together just to be jerked off like no I wouldn't recommend at all ! y'all need to get it together if someone's elderly or young n needs help putting furniture together it's already bad enough they gotta wait for stuff to be delivered but I paid for them to assemble my furniture and I expected to be done on that date not canceled at the last minute then reschedule .... then she's gonna tell me she understands the frustration no I don't think she clearly did if it was even a human n not a darn robot I was talking to ... I had to call some family up thank God they were available to help me put my furniture together because you guys are not reliable I wouldn't recommend yous to nobody like my experience was really really unprofessional they could of canceled a day B4 yesterday and found me someone no they cancelled the very last minute and expected me to be ok with that and sit on the floor for another week til they finally find someone to put my furniture together. unacceptable unprofessional like I said you guys need to get it together next day services or come on the date that's scheduled not do what u did to me today and when I told the lady I can screenshot the email n send her the proof oh no no that's ok honey yeah what she didn't wanted to be proven wrong that I was for today n not December the 15th oh okay . like seriously get it together I'm very upset like how many other people did yous do this to %26 did they get their severes or at least their money back since it seems like y'all like playing with people time . GET IT TOGETHER LIKE TODAY SERIOUSLY A MAD 😡🤬 COSTUMER

The assistance from Angi is completely useless. They reroute you to Walmart and then Walmart refers you back to them to do anything. If you don’t think you need the services, it’s cheaper to just try it yourself first and then if you end up needing it you can just buy the service later. Waste of money and time if you end up just building the item yourself.

I was unhappy with this service offered. Maybe I made mistake but I did not understand when checked this service that I would have to set up service with a professional assemblers I thought it would be done when it was delivered. Not the case. I was told Angi was to send someone out but it would be 4 days. My couch was sitting out then it started raining. I did get help getting it in my house. So please if you do order something large and having assembled set it up first so this doesn’t happen to you. Deb u

The service men came to the house a week before the sofa arrived due to delayed shipment. I had to man handle an 8 foot sleeper sofa into the house because the AM Trucking left it outside. Then I had to do the assembly. Please send me my $89 reimbursement. I will never purchase anything that AM Trucking delivers.

People would prefer sofa installations to be done at the earliest in case they’ve paid for it. Not 2 weeks after sofa arrives. Something that Walmart and Angi need to coordinate to get the cadence right. Even when we try to reschedule, it isn’t intuitive to provide us with earliest dates.

They could not find a pro in my area so they rescheduled my installation service. The reschedule day I waited and no one ever showed up. I contacted customer service and they said they would have to reschedule again for a few days out. I ended up canceling the installation because it was ridiculous that I had to wait and keep being rescheduled.

The two handymen sent never showed up but lied and had no proof of coming not even a phone call to let me know they arrived or picture of my door or building so I know they came called Angi customer care to report the incident and got no response or reschedule till date . Don’t waste your money and time over an over hyped service

Angi’s assembly service guy Josè was unexpectingly accruately quick wiith putting the sofa bed together (5 stars); A few things though that we didn’t was the size and length, which I was expecting the sofa bed to be tad longer %26 bigger but it works for a semi small person (like me), the length (my feet do hang off a bit because I prefer lying with the back section up instead of fully flat; still getting adjusted to having a sofa bed.
