Subject: Request for Refund – No Pro Arrived, No Service Rendered Dear Angi Customer Support, I scheduled a professional service through Angi to assemble a living room suite, with a payment of $90. Unfortunately, no Pro ever arrived to complete the service, and no communication or updates were provided. Due to this, I completed the entire assembly myself. As no service was rendered, I am requesting a full refund of the $90 back to my original payment method. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise on when I can expect the refund to be processed.

Thanks thanks to the man who put all our furniture together. I was at work while my boyfriend was waiting on him and he told me he did so well and fast and all my furniture are firmly and good to go. Thank you so much again for your service, we as customers need more people like yourself if you read this, I would love to say thank you again.

He was a very nice, professional person. He took his shoes off when he came in. I didn’t have to ask him. He was polite. He did his job within about 1/2 hour. He offered to show us how to open and close the sofa bed but we declined. He packed up the boxes nicely and offered to move them to the garage. I would definitely have him back if we need help again.

there was nothing to dislike about this furniture it is beautiful it works very well in my living room and goes along with everything else that I purchased from Walmart coffee table end tables lamps great prices and the assembly guys are very good at what they do they don't mess around they get right to work and best of all they clean up their mess. thank you Jay Higgins

He arrived a day early which was excellent because I really wanted the sofa assembly. Infact the same day he assembled the sofa was the so called same day they claimed to deliver the last completing item(storage ottoman) he is my witness this item never arrived because he never opened a box containing such item delivered on the day of assembly.

My review is not a reflection of the service; it’s a reflection of the cancellation policy. The shipper delayed my delivery by 24hrs. The service cancellation time is also 24hrs. Because I did not find out my shipment was going to be delayed with Anji’s 24hr cancellation window, I ended up paying for installation services I did not receive. Next time, I won’t purchase installation services with my purchase. I’ll buy it separately from another provider.

The set up guy Ariel, was on time, polite n good communication on any questions I had. Since this is my first buy as an online order, I was happy to get some to set it up for me. Definitely recommend them for small or big projects. Leave the job done n your place tidy.

scheduled appointment but they didnt come. Took off from work for an application scheduled at 3 pm. Nobody called nor showed up. i called the customer service line but they just rescheduled me and gave me no reason for the no show. Im highly disappointed in this service. i was really looking forward to them coming out.

The person messaged saying they were running late due to a flat tire. Then were supposed to be here at noon. Messaged at 1130 saying they were coming from West Plains, 1 hour away. It is almost 3pm and no one has show up, messaged, or replied to my messages. This feels like a scam.

the first person never showed up so had to wait for 4 days for them to send someone else out. and it was supposed to be on them, i recieved numerous email stating i would get a refund for services not recwived and it would be on them to make up for it. but never got refund. their fustomer service is a joke. i downloaded the whol transcription of our conversation and am still trying to get my promised refund. and have proof to show i was supposed to get one.
