The person messaged saying they were running late due to a flat tire. Then were supposed to be here at noon. Messaged at 1130 saying they were coming from West Plains, 1 hour away. It is almost 3pm and no one has show up, messaged, or replied to my messages. This feels like a scam.

If I could give a negative star count it would be negative 100.... The person that was supposed to do my service say that they showed up to my place and I went outside even walk to the parking lot and there was no one there. they also said they completed my service and they didn't do anything. When I called the people they tried calling them several times and the person didn't even answer. they told me the next time I could get somebody for them to reschedule would be for Sunday why does 4 days away Is beyond me but I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I'M WAITING ON MY FULL REFUND BECAUSE IF I GET HALF MY REFUND FOR SOMEBODY WHO LIED AND DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THE ACTUAL SERVICE PEOPLE CALLED THEM TO SEE IF THEY COMPLETED THE JOB I'M GOING TO FIND SOME OTHER KIND OF ACTION TO SUE.

Appointment had been made. The day of I waited and no one showed. An hour or so later I received an email that it was rescheduled. I called and was told they had no one available in the area and someone from out of town would need to come. I canceled and requested a refund, which I received days later.

PERSON FROM Angie's,did not show up to assemble the furniture.Not only that,but they never even called to say they could'nt keep the appointment.I payed my neighbor forty dollars to house sit,so that the person could get in to do the work.I am so dissapointed that I paid out Forty dollars for nothing.I started a return on the furniture.I called the store to start a return. I paid one of my teenage neighbors,Ten dollars to put the heavy box on the front porch,so Fed-X could pick it up.Now I must call Angie,to ask for my Eighty-nine dollars assembly fee.I think the store I purchased it from,should be responsible for returning my money,since the fee was encluded along with the price of the chair.All of these hoops,I must jump through,because someone didn't go to work,like they were suppose to do.I need a remodel of my guest bathroom downstairs, but I have been putting it off,because I dont want to have to deal with lazy people who don't want to do their job.I am so over trying to get good service from companies.They SUCK.

It wasn’t assembled. I tried to find out how to get it Assembled with no luck!! The item was not made with the holes necessary to connect. Would not recommend. Looked get online and my great grandson was looking forward to getting it, what a disappointment!

angi service man called me late the day of , said he was gonna be 45 min late. He was already 20 min late when he called..i said ill reschedule with angi ,we have things to do besides this couch. he said we can do tomorrow . i said fine 930? He said he is free all day. The fool shows up at 10am, i dont do lateness. he ended up bringing another guy and they both had a smell to them , i cant clear it from the living room

The person on the profile is a man and a was a lady showed up at my house to put the item together. The appointment was at 8 pm she showed up at 8:08 saying that it was Ryan's parter... she did her best but I can tell she has not experience in this field... she didn't even have the right tools to work she left at 10:30 pm and had to comeback the day after for 3 more hrs . I noticed that she stripped the screws by forcing them on to the furniture she missed haft of the metal washers that were supposed be put together with the screws when I took a look at the furniture to see why I had the washers left in a bag I noticed she had stripped the screws so I can't even unscrew them to add the washers ... in general the whole thing went wrong !! DO NOT use Angi get a handyman referral from someone you know this service and app. It's NOT worth it... no customer service is available either you never get to talk to any person.

I purchased the professional install service that Walmart offers. Mine was $98.00. I thought that was a great deal to pay a person to come put it together. Mostly if he agreed to that price. This guy was so sweet and did such a wonderful job. I wanted to tip him above the $98.00. I was being nosey and asked him how much he was paid for this job. $30.00!!!! 2-1/2 hours of manual labor for $30.00! We got to talking and the job he was assigned to before me took 6 hours the client paid over $750.00 and he received around $200.00. This made me so upset. I paid him $100.00 extra because that is what I agreed to pay HIM. But how many other people do these jobs and are barely surviving and we think we are paying them and it’s going into someone else’s pockets. So sad. How many customers know that only a quarter of the profit is given the person who did the work? He had no clue how much I paid which is even worse. Lying to these guys to turn a profit. This is wrong. This is very wrong.

Dad and son were great, friendly, proficient, made me feel comfortable and new what they were doing.. to get sofa in house, unfortunately, they had to remove my door, yes I was wary, but they enthused confidence and put the doors back better than first installed. Con, didn't call b/4 coming, they text to my land line, I don't text and my land line won't/doesn't accept text, but we also worked that out.. great guys!!!

He was nice, took his time to look over the instructions, he didn't rush through it, but he was very knowledgeable putting it together and it didn't take him that long. He cleaned up the boxes and plastic, bagged them neatly. I would trust his service again.
