I received my living room set 6 days ago %26 paid 89 dollars extra to get it assembled. My set is still sitting in my house in boxes for 6 days now. Not a good look, paying extra to get it assemble for what to sit there still In boxes 6 days later. Reached out and was supposed to get and reply in 48 hours, no response still. Very unacceptable! 89 extra dollars for what???

Order the sofa and the recliner got a date for the assembly. Recliner I held down to for a week prior to the assembly date so far arrive the day before. Day of the assembly I checked to ensure the time they were to arrive. No one showed up I contacted cancel the assembly put together the chair by myself open the sofa to begin assembly while assembling noticed that the sofa was broken. I sent multiple text messages. Emails and have have not resolved the solution nor have I been reimbursed for the assembly fees.

the first person never showed up so had to wait for 4 days for them to send someone else out. and it was supposed to be on them, i recieved numerous email stating i would get a refund for services not recwived and it would be on them to make up for it. but never got refund. their fustomer service is a joke. i downloaded the whol transcription of our conversation and am still trying to get my promised refund. and have proof to show i was supposed to get one.

Unfortunately, no Pro ever arrived to complete the service, and no communication or updates were provided. Due to this, I completed the entire assembly myself. As no service was rendered, I am requesting a full refund of the $90 back to my original payment method. I do not recommend the add on service from Walmart. They use a company called Angi. First they scheduled their own time, which didn’t work for us so we selected a different time. Then they rescheduled us two times. Today that person came to “assemble” our sofa couch. She was here for two hours. I heard some drilling. Then she came to tell me this is not a one person job so she will let Angi know to figure out how to reschedule. As soon as she left, I go to see how much work she did. To my surprise, everything was put back in the box. She did nothing.

He arrived a day early which was excellent because I really wanted the sofa assembly. Infact the same day he assembled the sofa was the so called same day they claimed to deliver the last completing item(storage ottoman) he is my witness this item never arrived because he never opened a box containing such item delivered on the day of assembly.

This Angi service is not good its a scam, I paid everything upfront for my service for my grandchildren and mom single parent, they have no furniture new place, I call early today to ask why didn’t come when supposed to, the lady says she doesn’t know why that happened , first they rescheduled one time didn’t come on the schedule day, they rescheduled for next day no one show up no call as to what happening, my daughter and I tried calling the service number for Angi no to talk with still no service, think again before you pay for this extra service. We want to be refunded

The sofa I bought and your people put together already has screws falling out. This is unacceptable and you people don’t care cause you already got your money! I’m going on all social media and already told my friends not to use you or buy any furniture from Walmart. I make 12,000 a year on Social Security and had to save for 2 years to afford this sofa. You should be ashamed and I’m contacting the BBB. You need to shut your doors cause you are incompetent and a thief.

The gentleman that came to my home was wonderful, but the scheduling of getting him to my home and actually doing the work was another thing. It took both the gentleman that was at my home and myself a few calls to get the orders fixed and moved over to his route instead of me waiting and another truck being sent to my home for the other piece of furniture.

Walmart uses Angie list, now Angie, as a service provider for assembly of products. This assembler person received an F. We had a storm here so I contacted him through Angie an hour before he was to arrive suggesting that he might want to reschedule and that I would understand that but please contact me and I gave my phone number. I heard nothing and he didn’t show. I would’ve given this just a zero or one rating for him, but I gave it a two because Angie did finally resolve it and supposedly refunded my money which I’m still waiting for. So I gave it a to however, the Angie site is not an easy one to get through their bot chats and initial supposed person tech person. I finally resorted to calling them on their phone number. And I got some action however it took me a total of an hour and a half. That’s not good service.
