Over priced for the quality of the meat. If this meat came from a prime rib roast it must have been very well trimmed. Burgers cooked up gray with weird pink slime texture.

Was excited to try these patties for a bbq. They held together fine, tasted good but unfortunately we found a lot of small pieces of bone throughout our burgers. Will not be buying again due to the bones.

These Member's Mark Prime Rib Beef Patties are delicious, whether prepared as hamburgers or cooked in a gravy as hamburger steaks. We freeze them and like to always have some on hand.

I cooked 2 patties in a dry skillet ... when finished cooking there was a full cup of fat and water in the skillet ...they pack the meat with water ... lots of water ...

The quality of the meat was very good, but I opted for these patties to save the trouble of patting out uniform burgers from a bulk package. I bought two packages of the “pre-pattied” burgers and some were literally twice the size of others …in both packages. Also one patty on the lower level in each package was split and mangled and had to be re-patted. I should have asked for a refund

Not very flavorful at all. I thought being prime rib beef patties they are a bit more upscale and thus more flavorful. Not so at all. After the first 2 we made for hamburgers on brioche buns we thought about throwing the rest away. but with the price of food we have found other uses.

These burgers are convenient and ready to use. i freeze them individually shrink wrap them and take them out as I need them. (Caution, remove from package before freezing otherwise it’s nearly impossible to separate them.). I’ve been told they are a little dry but I find them so convenient I don’t mind.

You know, it’s just hammer. Flavor was as expected. The only thing negative about this hamburger meat is that there’s too much fat in it. They are a bit greasy and if you’re concerned about the amount of fat in your diet, you might wanna go for something leaner.

Mine where good. In the discription it says the prime rib is incorperated into the patties. definition of incorperated - You can use it when you want to talk about something that has been included into a larger entity. I think in advertising: You should not make the incorporated product the primary reason for selling your composite product; it should serve as an adjunct. I seasoned well (smoke house maple or misquite) and put sweet onion slices on top then half way cooked flip over the onion is on bottom to finish.
