We have bought these a few times a month for the last year. Always a good buy for us. Recently the last 2 times we puechased these there are pieces of bone and hard chewy fat or ligament. Not just 1 or 2, like chipped a tooth. This was at the Hattiesburg Ms location.

Meat is fresh as the driven snow here in MN. If you do contemplate being vegetarian, Buddhist and Hindu cuisine is the way to go. Seriously. You won't miss meat in the least. The ancient diet is a stroke of genius for those who are repulsed at the very idea of eating bugs. But then, what do I know? As men blab about my portly self, I am no beacon of a starvation diet. But don't knock the ancient cultures & their diet. Don't forget Daniel of the Bible, who was better-looking than the others from being vegetarian, not to mention being a favorite of God.

I’ve bought this item once and will likely buy again. However I wish SC would put waxpaper between the burgers (I’ve read they used to separate the burgers) as I like to freeze them. An extra cost to the customer that they apparently used to cover. The price could be better too IMO. The burgers do cook up drier than other typical hamburger meat, but that should be expected given the type of meat used (less fat content).

These are a great product, do not expect these to be like your average burger meat. The texture is different and the fat content is low. I personally cook them over charcoal and wood. If you are looking to cook them to a well-done grey center you will be disappointed, this is not for that type of burger. Use the high-fat cheap stuff for that.

Mine where good. In the discription it says the prime rib is incorperated into the patties. definition of incorperated - You can use it when you want to talk about something that has been included into a larger entity. I think in advertising: You should not make the incorporated product the primary reason for selling your composite product; it should serve as an adjunct. I seasoned well (smoke house maple or misquite) and put sweet onion slices on top then half way cooked flip over the onion is on bottom to finish.
