These would make great burgers for the grill. However, cooking them on a skillet indoors releases a lot of moisture/grease.

The meat I purchased on Sunday looked beautiful, but on Tuesday it stunk. I am very disappointed about that because I had to throw it away.

Prime rib steak burgers have a great flavor. They did not shrink much and I think they were a good bake.

Really disappointed in last purchase. So much fat included in mix that when cooked got 4 TBSP rendered fat from one burger and size after cooking was half of the 5.3 oz burger I started with. Had terrible time making patties in my press meat stuck to everything due to al the fat. Previous purchases were wonderful. Taste was just ok and also not as good.

These things have so much fat in them. Just tastes like a fatty burger. They are definitely making a sale on the name. Once that meat goes into the grinder its hamburger plain and simple. And these are not the best cuts for sure. Surly there is no prime rib in the according to the taste of them. Will never buy again.

We love our steaks. I bought these patties yesterday thinking it was a good choice. I seasoned & pan with my usual seasonings. The sear was beautiful & couldn't wait to bite into my burger. The taste is so strange that I can't compare it to anything! We added more seasoning, even that couldn't hide the disgusting weird taste. I don't recommend these patties, they're absolutely horrible! 😡

I bought them this week we grilled them my family loved them I only tried them because the lady had cooked some and had samples I went back and got a package they were that good I have a family of 7 all grow men they all bragged about how good the meat was I will definitely be buying more

When I threw the package into my basket I thought “yeah right” but I kept them anyway. I was in for a culinary treat and didn’t know it. I fired up the gas grill to get it really hot for a good sear. Out of the package the burgers were uniform and held up well with gentle handling. I sprinkled them on both sides with my usual Greek Seasoning. The patties are substantial but cooked them 3 or 4 minutes on each side, flipping only once Never, ever smash the burger down while it’s cooking). These were fairly lean so no point in smashing them. I wanted to retain all the moisture inside the meat. Most 80/20 meat is mediocre and the fat is necessary for the flavor. These burgers are the best, and I mean the best burgers I have ever had. I didn’t do anything special to the meat than I normally do. No mixins, nothing. They were awesome! I can’t wait to go back to Sam’s for another package. I would eat them all if I could but I would have a mutiny on my hands. The price can’t be beat and I hope the price is stable. These are just one more reason why I’m almost ready to give up my membership at “C”, you know, the other warehouse store that’s priced higher in Knoxville than where I moved from. Thanks Sams for a great experience.

I have bragged about this Prime Rib Burger since I first had it on the 4th of July. The meat didn’t shrink like regular ground beef. Taste great grilled or cooked on top of the stove. Very satisfied and I will be taking a package to the next cookout to share.

These patties are much larger than standard burger buns. I reshaped each into 2 bun sized patties. While reshaping I added garlic powder to our taste. These are nice patties, not the gooey whatever you get in road side condiment and sauce sandwiches.
