Great Patties !!!!

These are a great product, do not expect these to be like your average burger meat. The texture is different and the fat content is low. I personally cook them over charcoal and wood. If you are looking to cook them to a well-done grey center you will be disappointed, this is not for that type of burger. Use the high-fat cheap stuff for that.

For Love, we embrace the Cross with ardor

Meat is fresh as the driven snow here in MN. If you do contemplate being vegetarian, Buddhist and Hindu cuisine is the way to go. Seriously. You won't miss meat in the least. The ancient diet is a stroke of genius for those who are repulsed at the very idea of eating bugs. But then, what do I know? As men blab about my portly self, I am no beacon of a starvation diet. But don't knock the ancient cultures & their diet. Don't forget Daniel of the Bible, who was better-looking than the others from being vegetarian, not to mention being a favorite of God.

These Burgers Fell Apart Coming Out Of The Package

I guess these burgers are taking the place of the far superior American Wagyu Ground Beef Patties by American BBQ Company. I've never bought patties I had to hand patty. Perhaps that means there's not enough fat in them to hold them together. Don't fall for the "Prime Rib" description. The Wagyu Burgers were twice as good. What happened to them?

Everyone loved them!

I'm not sure how most of the reviewers are cooking these, but low and slow is the key. My husband likes thin burgers and he likes them well done (think steak n shake or culvers) so I took one patty and easily smashed it into 2 thin patties. We cooked these on our camp chef woodwind smoker at 275 and seasoned beforehand. Let them sit with the seasoning for about 20 min on the counter. My son likes his thicker and medium to medium rare. Both came out great and juicy and flavorful. Great addition to our July 4th cookout!!!

Recent quality issue

We have bought these a few times a month for the last year. Always a good buy for us. Recently the last 2 times we puechased these there are pieces of bone and hard chewy fat or ligament. Not just 1 or 2, like chipped a tooth. This was at the Hattiesburg Ms location.

Great Patties

These patties are absolutely delicious! For those you left negative reviews, you didn't cook them properly. I marinated them in a Teriyaki marinade and seasoned them with various seasonings. I then barbecued them cooked well done and they were still very tender. Thank you! Sam's Club and I hope you will continue to carry these on a continuous basis.

Needs More Fat

90% Lean Burgers are just too Lean. Fat is where the Flavor is; the perfect level is 85% with 15% Fat. This prevents the Burger from drying out too fast. Unless you are a Chef or grill a lot, 90% lean Burgers will dry out quickly and not have too much flavor. I truly wish my local Sam’s Club in Eau Claire, WIsconsin would have 85% lean pre-made 1/2 lb. Burgers. Absolutely delicious and Juicy!

Common Sense.

Not true prime rib burgers. Read the description which states that prime rib is "incorporated". It doesn't say the % of how much prime rib is used. I would guess not much and low quality by the dry crumbly texture after cooking. If these were truly prime rib burgers common sense would tell you they would be more expensive! since when are prime rib burgers cheaper per pound than 80/20 ground beef? Common sense!
