64gb Galaxy Tab A 10.4"

Not bad for a $200 10 inch tablet vs. the competition. Had to buy a case for it. Used the SmartSwitch app for Samsung and transferred my apps onto the tablet from my phone. Got it working less than 20 minutes. Note: Before setting it up, try to change the brightness of the display or you will have difficulty seeing the process. Pros: Nice Camera Great sound and display. Easy setup. Price on sale. 64gb Micro SD bonus Cons: Charging cable is like 24 inches. Auto Rotate Display can be annoying. Sometimes there are slowness in response time Need a built in Video Editor (Wife suggestion) Overall, it is a nice tablet for the price.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Sound for App notifications ceased to function. I am not receiving sound notifications for various Apps. For a period of time I did receive App notifications. However, one day the sending of notifications ceased to function. Samsung is unavailable or unwilling to assist through telephone, through online chat and e-mail. Samsung is only concerned with their mobile phones.

wasted 259 dollars

Bought tablet at the sams , kid kept saying it was not working correctly by the time we looked at it and actually knew why almost 6 months went by , turns out it was still in retail mode Sams then tried to reset it couldn't and neither can we so its garbage now and was never used . We have samsung items all over our house but will never buy another .

Battery dies

The battery lasts about 2 hours which is fair at best and it is very heavy to me. Maybe i need to get used to it. Battery life isnt the greatest imo.
