I had a Galaxy tablet that I used constantly. It was 32g and was getting full. I switched to this Galaxy tablet with more space and gave the other one to my husband. I use my tablet to read all of my Kindle books, watch television and movies with earbuds in bed, to pay bills, read emails, basically everything. It is very seldom that I need to pull out my laptop. This is my third Galaxy tablet in 12 years. I can't function without it.

My five year old S2 tablet needed a new battery but reviews were so-so for replacement batteries. Also, you have to break into the case to replace the battery, I decided to jump on this Plus deal when it came up. I love the bigger screen to watch shows & movies with a much longer battery time.

If you want wifi only tablet that is fairly lightweight, has a lot of memory, and runs smooth then this is the tablet to get. Getting it at a sale price makes it even better. I use this for all the basics like email, web browsing, numerous apps, and watching videos. The screen is nice and crisp and the sound is more than adequate.

works great for games... better graphics and audio, and a much bigger screen than playing on the phone. great deal on the price and it included a SD card for more memory. I can add all my Microsoft Office apps. better than the phone for video calls via Messenger.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 tablet as a gift and liked it so much I bought one for myself! I primarily use my tablet for browsing the web and reading e-books and magazines; with my usage, I can go four or five days between charges even with the wi-fi left on, so it definitely has a long-lasting battery. I love that the tablet is so lightweight, yet it seems sturdy; the back is cool-to-the-touch and feels metal. Setting up the device was easy and even though Samsung includes some apps that cannot be uninstalled, there is plenty of storage left on the device. Too, the 64GB microSD card bundled with the tablet is a good perk.

Love this tablet. Sound is awesome (go into settings and turn on dolby). Picture very good. Extra sd card a bonus. Only thing missing is a usb drive port . Wi-fi feature works great, and is 1/2 the price of Apple tablet with wi-fi. I like the android because the keyboards and back features are easier (numbers on keyboard) and you can look at all open apps by pressing the left button on bottom of screen and close apps by swiping up. Have been using a lot for the last 2 weeks and am still learning of all its features. I bought protector shields and a cool case for it which I think is a must. Just too slippery to hold otherwise. For $199 this is a great tablet that syncs with my Samsung Galaxy phone. If you just need a tablet to surf the web, check email and take pics, you just can't go wrong with this one. Really good resolution/ screen quality, reasonably fast processor, plenty of storage with the memory card slot and decent sound for a tablet. The only drawback is the lack of being able to use on your cell service, but hey you can't expect that in a $280 tablet.....which is why the Samsung S series tablets are double the price of the A series. So using it for making calls or texting is something you can do without at this price. It works great for what I'm using it for. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I'd like for the processor to be a bit faster, but it's sufficient as is.

Overall its a nice tablet for my needs, but the extra 64gb on the sim card is basically useless now as Samsung has it that you can't transfer the majority of apps over to it. This was a disappointment to me as this was a major selling point, having the extra memory.

It's a good deal for everything you get, the tablet is more than sufficient. Only drawback is will take several hours uploading and updating all the apps to make it an actual functioning tool

Product arrived as described, but an Unsupported Memory Card error message was triggered during initial setup, and subsequent restarts of tablet. The tablet itself is a good lower-end tablet with video that is suitable for watching videos and surfing the web. The 4 speakers are crisp and clear, and an upgrade from my previous tablet. Upon unboxing, I noticed that the charger outlet plug rattled as if there was a part loose. It shorted out with a popping noise, and the smell of electrical smoke within a week of receiving the tablet. Do they know they are shipping the tablets with an unsupported memory card? Sounds like the marketing people missed a step while packaging a 2019 product for promotion during the 2020 holiday season. If I could post a Zero Star review, I would.
