The oxtails were amazing, trimmed perfectly, just the correct amount of fat to make the perfect dish.

They are a good value for the money. Some pieces has a lil more fat on them that I don't like, but I trim them.

The meat is fresh and when cooked properly, produces awesome results. Thankfully these oxtail were tender and not full of fat.

They're great, but I wish the oxtails could be cut into halves or thirds. They were extremely thick.
