Best cheek meat around. It actually has meat in it, not like the other stores that the package contains more fat than meat . It's very fresh and tastes great!

I have gotten these before and the quality of the meat was fine and tasted/smelled great, but this time I opened the package and they had a weird smell. Not a rancid smell, but like a definite cow smell. I tried to cook it out of the meat, but it didn’t help. That weird smell was still there. I read it might be due to the cryovac? Anyway, kind of a waste this time around but I will try again.

Was absolutely the worst meat ever... 90 percent fat

Meat was good, but there was to much skin I had to clean off.

Out of the almost 6-7 pounds I purchased 3 pounds of it was actual meet and the rest was all fat.

Used to make birria chilli. Came out amazing. Won 3rd place at a chilli cook off. With 22 entries.
