It was the worst roast I have ever cooked in 50 years of cooking. So tough you couldn’t chew it at all

A great percentage of this beef was solid fat. Not marbled, but solid chunks of fat. I will never buy beef from Sams Club again.

Terrible. I had to throw it out after cooking.

The roast had little fat which was good, but it was chewy after cooking despite being cooked perfectly in a slow cooker.

Top Round Roast

I was charged 20.90 for a roast that was 12.70. I will never buy a roast from them again. I am not sure if they forgot the other roast or what. On the package was 12.70 yet you charged me 20.90. Crazy

Overcharged

This roast made for a fantastic Sunday dinner! In crockpot with baby carrots and peeled red potatoes with beef broth and packets of Wishbone Italian seasoning, ranch seasoning and brown gravy mix. WOW! It just fell apart and was so moist!

Very flavorful, we cubed it and cooked it that way, it was good and very flexible.

It's worth buying!!!

When I cooked it and gave a little bite to my dog, she was sick for four days. I gave it to her at night planning to cook potatoes and carrots. The next day with it there was a green film on the top of the crockpot. I tried to return it and I have reference number 260510-016435. No one has contacted me about it or tried to help me through the situation. The Sam's I bought it from is Grand Junction and that's an hour and a half from me.

Spoiled meat

Good value beef.  I asked if they could slice up the top round into ¼" slices for a recipe I was making, and they had no problem doing so.  He even made sure to ask me if I wanted it sliced with the grain or against the grain. 

It's not the best cut of beef, but had excellent value from Sam's lower price.

Well definitely go back for more when I need it.
