The Best looking Roast I’ve seen in a while!

Meat was very tender the color was beautiful.

The Butcher at the Sam's Club Walden Ave Buffalo happily filled my request for an 8Lb. Top round cut that I prepared and cooked on our rotisserie and grilled for Christmas eve dinner for 8, The roast was juicy and tender. We had enough left for Roast beef sandwiches during the week.

When I cooked it and gave a little bite to my dog, she was sick for four days. I gave it to her at night planning to cook potatoes and carrots. The next day with it there was a green film on the top of the crockpot. I tried to return it and I have reference number 260510-016435. No one has contacted me about it or tried to help me through the situation. The Sam's I bought it from is Grand Junction and that's an hour and a half from me.

Spoiled meat

Good value beef.  I asked if they could slice up the top round into ¼" slices for a recipe I was making, and they had no problem doing so.  He even made sure to ask me if I wanted it sliced with the grain or against the grain. 

It's not the best cut of beef, but had excellent value from Sam's lower price.

Well definitely go back for more when I need it.
